Paul was great! He responded with voicemail and continued to call back from my messages until we spoke. His quote was very reasonable compared to other quotes and he showed up a it early as to avoid being ate due to uncertain traffic and parking. He took about 65-70 minutes and made me feel confident about the job.

This is the second time I've hired Paul for painting work. Paul is a master painter. He is meticulous about his work. He thinks carefully about the best way to do a job, and he gets it done on time. He also gave me a great price. He did a lot more than just paint a couple of rooms. I live in a 100-year-old building, so there were a lot of cracks in the walls, some of them pretty major. He made them completely disappear. He applied some new molding, and he cut a shim to fill in a pretty substantial gap under one of the baseboards. I am amazed at what Paul can do. I will definitely hire him the next time I need painting done.

It was a real pleasure to work with Paul, from beginning to end. When he came out to look at the windows and give me an estimate, I was immediately impressed by his professional manner and obviously extensive knowledge and experience. I got several estimates for this job, but I went with Paul, mainly because I had the most confidence in him. He also gave me the best price, but I would have paid a premium just to have him do the job. He is careful and meticulous, hard working, and takes obvious pride in his work. He returns calls immediately, and arrives at the job exactly when he says he will. I really appreciated the fact that he talked through the job carefully with me, offered a lot of helpful suggestions on how to protect and maintain the windows, and was very willing to accommodate my requests. And I am extremely happy with the result: the windows look great, move great, and have never been cleaner. Paul will definitely be the first person on my list the next time I have any painting I need done, interior or exterior.

Paul's moonlights. He is knowledgeable (also an expert painter),resourceful, up for a challenge, and the hardest worker I've ever known. I've now owned four homes, all built circa 1900, and have employed many wonderful people. I really do think Paul is the best. Paul is a perfectionist--on your behalf! He will work, quietly and steadily, until midnight, if necessary. He is calm, methodical, takes his time, and yet manages to finish an amazing number of tasks. He's a great aesthetic consultant, and a pleasure to spend time with. I must confess that I feel guilty about not paying him more. I'm not sure he fully realizes his worth. I recommend you assuage your guilt with a hefty tip. Downside? He works full time, so it may take a while to schedule him. Be patient. He's worth it in every way. Once you are on his (evening) schedule, he is prompt, and completely reliable.
