Description of Work: He is working on another house that I own. He is currently doing a job for me right now. It’s a lot of different things. He is replacing clapboard siding on a 3-family house. He’s scraping it, he’s painting it. He’s replacing some concrete steps on the back deck. He is also going to replace a float decking floor on one of the porches. He’s doing a lot. He’s had to replace a lot of the rotted wood around some of the windows. Painting the whole exterior and replacing whatever wood needs replaced.
