+ -1 moreI paid them once a year. They kept telling me that the price would go down the next year and it never did. They would not do some of the things I wanted them to do, but they were doing things I did not want them to do and then would charge me for it. They told me it was full service, so they told me I could not pick what I wanted them to do be doing.
Description of Work: They came out and mowed the lawn and trim the edges. They did spring and fall clean up. They put down mulch and did weeding in the flower beds.

+ -1 moreWork was incomplete. They wouldn't come back and make repairs. Had to get another SP to complete the work, and shut it down for the winter. Called repeatedly until the general contractor came down and started up the system. Some parts were not installed correctly and they never came back to remedy the problems, even after numerous calls from us. The cost of the job would have been $2,000.
Description of Work: Installed a sprinkler system.
