Description of Work: ESP Painting repaired walls and repainted 3 rooms, plus repaired ceilings in 2 additional rooms. They were always prompt in responding to my calls, providing an estimate, and on-time beginning and completing the job. The painter who did all the work arrived everyday on-time, including during some really serious winter weather. He was very neat and considerate, always cleaned-up and organized at the end of the day. I would definitely use ESP Painting again.

Description of Work: Painted new custom-built shelves/cabinets and room in which they were installed. Re-painted bathroom following minor construction work. Also completed touch-up paint in various locations throughout our new home. | |The owner (Edson) is one of the best business people I have dealt in many years, and all his crew were individually and collectively just terrific. The quality of the work was very good (and I am quite picky about painting), they were extremely considerate, and left everything immaculate. Will absolutely use them again.

 + 0 moreEverything went well and I signed off on the job. However, on closer inspection, I was not satisfied with a few minor details. Edson met with me right away, and his entire crew was back on the job the next day. They spent an entire Saturday doing the work, and not only addressed my concerns, but went above and beyond by painting & fixing a few other items that I had been waiting to address. ESP Painting was absolutely excellent, responsive, and committed to the job. We will use them for all of our painting needs in the future.

 + -1 moreWe made an appointment with Edson for 4/23/10 to come out and give us an estimate on interior painting in our house (2 rooms. ceiling in bathroom, 4 windows, one patio door). The appointment was scheduled between 11 - 12. There was a no show no phone call at noon. Well after 12pm (approx.12:45) we received a phone call from Edson apoligizing. He thought the appointment was scheduled for 1pm. He asked if he could still come out and we said yes. Upon arrival, Edson was very pleasant and professional. He walked through our home, took notes, asked questions etc. He said that we would have an estimate by the following week. It is 5/4/10 and we still haven't heard back from this company. We will not use them again.

 + -1 moreESP did an absolutely excellent job again! I had them paint a room in a condo that I rent out the 1st time I used them and this time I had them come to my house and paint. Edson was on time for our consultation, professional and also discussed with us how he was going to complete the painting job (i.e. patch walls where there were imperfections or paint over baseboards). He was able to get the job done within days after I received the estimate and did outstanding work!! His company ensured that the patching was done correctly, was efficient in getting all the rooms done in as short a time as possible and the job was completely with meticulous care (ie. not a spot of misplaced paint anywhere). Since I have now used their services twice, I would recommend that anyone who needs painting completed use their services as they are an outstanding group of painters!
Description of Work: I asked ESP painting to paint two ceilings in two different rooms as well as finish up another room where I had already painted one of the walls.

 + -1 moreESP Did any AMAZING job!!! Not only were they prompt, attentive to detail and meticulously clean, they were kind and very professional. I asked the for the job to be completed in approx. 2 days time as I had renters moving in and they were able to meet my requested timelines without a problem. They prices were very reasonable also. I would highly recommend ESP painting to anyone and will be calling them back again soon to have them give me an estimate for painting at our new home!
Description of Work: I had one room painted by ESP painting. This room was in my condo that I rent out in Chelsea, MA. The condo is Loft-style and therefore has 15ft. ceilings, which can be difficult to paint yourself with the right equipment. ESP repaired cracks in the wall from the settling of the building, smoothed ruff spots on window sills, then painted the walls and the base boards with two coats of high quality Benj. Moore paint.

 + 0 moreMy contractor had recomended ESP so I knew that they would give me quality work. (My contractor only recommends people he can trust to do a good job or his name is on the line.) ESP gave me a free estimate to do the work and was willing to work with me on pricing. I'm an interior designer so I had a good idea of what I was looking for on colors but as per professional standards, they were good to give me sample mock ups for approval prior to buying the paint. ESP was good to do all the purchasing and transport of the paint/products. I would and will recommend this company to my clients.
Description of Work: Complete Exterior prep, prime, paint of trim and body of the house. Also gave extra time to paint lighting fixtures and metal grillwork. All of the crew were easy to work with and willing to make the experience congenial. Work also included interior work in the breezeway of our home.
