+ 0 moreWe were very pleased with the work done. Eddy and his crew did careful and detailed work. The entire project took about 3 to 4 weeks due mostly to weather restraints. We would use Eddy again for other projects our condo needs.
Description of Work: We had major rotting on our wooden front porch (partial coverage) and stairs that had progressed over the years. We wanted to repair what was there, not redo the entire porch and entry way. Eddy replaced all the suspect floor broads, rotted railings, balusters and caps. He also needed to rebuild certain areas of the front wooden columns that had rotted. He repainted the railings, balusters and columns to match our previous trim and sanded and stained the floor boards.

+ -1 moreEDDY AND CREW WERE VERY HARDWORKING AND EXTREMELY NICE. THEY DID A LOT OF PREP WORK IN TERMS OF SCRAPING AND PRIMING AND THE TRIM LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE IN TERMS OF WHERE WE WERE IN THE HOUSE AND WHERE THEY WORKED ( APPRECIATED THAT BECAUSE I WAS HOME WITH A NEW BABY). THE CARPENTRY WORK NEEDED WAS WELL DONE, TOO. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, COMPARED WITH MULTIPLE OTHER BIDS.
Description of Work: THEY PAINTED THE TRIM, (WINDOWS, SILLS, FASCIA, ETC.) SHUTTERS, AND STORMS ON OUR 1915 STUCCO HOUSE. INCLUDING REPAIRING/REPLACING A PIECE OF ROTTED TRIM AND REATTACHING THE SHUTTERS (WHICH HAD BEEN TAKEN OFF BY PREVIOUS OWNERS). IT WAS A BIG JOB, WE HAVE 44 WINDOWS!
