Excellent service. I couldn't be there but my husband was there and said they were very thorough - checking and rechecking to make sure they got all the dirt (and there WAS dirt!) I guess you would call that Quality Control. When I walked in the next day I was so pleased to see the great job they did - from the walls to the floors to the appliances.... Yes, if we ever were to need a cleaning service again in Medford, Crystal Cleaning is the one we would call. We highly recommend them for their courteousness, prompt response, good service, and good price for the job. When the folks living there left, it desperately need a good cleaning.
