We have been using Cleaning by Meire for routine apartment cleaning for approximately 6 months. Meire was quick to respond to the initial request and organize a time to evaluate and price the cleaning. The price was reasonable. The cleaning has been thorough and excellent every time. They always arrive the day expected and are great about communicating timing on the day to help us plan accordingly.

The house always smells so great after Meire and her team leave! She is always prompt and organized, texting me a day before our visit to remind me. Everything is so much fresher, and it looks newer. She even went above and beyond by cleaning a spot on the ceiling with supplies I left. I’d be quick to recommend and will continue working with her.

Meire did an excellent job cleaning our home! We have a dog who sheds like crazy and very busy schedules so finding the time to clean is hard to come by. She was able to get areas of our home that hadn't been cleaned in ages and did a really thorough job. Very professional, reliable, and prompt with communicating and arranging services. I called and we had an appointment for later that week. She and a co-worker arrived on time and did a terrific job. Everything was cleaned as requested. She was professional and efficient. We are going to continue every other week with her services

It went very well. They did a great job. The stove and microwave look brand new.

On the day of the cleaning, we called before 11 AM to get a better idea when she would be arriving as we have a lot to do that because it was the day before moving. She said she would arrive at noon and only need a couple of hours. That was perfect since we have to leave by 2:00 PM-2:30 PM. Meire arrived several minutes after noon, and her crew arrive around 1:00 PM. When the crew arrived, they parked in front of the neighbors mailbox. When the neighbor came to complain (because, if there's a car in front of the mailbox, she will not receive her mail), I told Meire, and she told the member of her crew that owned the car. After 10 minutes I had to go back and tell them again and they gave me the keys and asked me to move the car. In the meantime Meire spent half her time on the phone while supposedly cleaning the kitchen, the place we wanted to cleaned the most. When she got to refrigerator, instead of using the cleaner she was instructed to use, she used the vinegar based window cleaner. She said it was, "better to kill germs", while my wife argued that the instructions said it would deteriorate the seals on the fridge (which is why she was instructed to use something else). The next day, the movers moved our belongings into the house, and two days later, we moved in. Because the house was still cold, I had a drink that I needed to heat up. I brought it to micro wave and placed it on what looked like a frosted glass tray. It was NOT frosted glass. It was a glass covered with powder. As I started to put trays in the shelves, my hand dragged along the shelf and a layer of white was on my fingertip. I checked the other shelves and most of them were the same. I told my wife to contact her, but it was the weekend and during the week she was still busy. Since Thanksgiving was that week, she decided to call after the weekend. But over the weekend, I found the top of the cabinets with a thick layer of dirt. It was so bad, I could write a message on it. When my wife called yesterday, twelve days after the cleaning, to tell Meire about the issues and she said that, "if you called the next day, we would have come back for free. Since it's "three weeks" later, how do I know it just didn't appear since we left." She refuses to give a refund or partial refund or return to clean to our satisfaction. She also argued that since since my wife did not catch the dirty shelves before paying, she is not responsible for it. How is she supposed to check 85 shelves/drawer spaces in just the kitchen alone while having Meire pressure my wife that she has to leave soon. Meanwhile we have been cleaning all the things we wanted her to clean and are out $330.

It went well. My one gripe was that the cleaners did not put my toiletries back where they had been - my husband's and mine were mixed together and switched around - around the sink. But otherwise, it was really nice to have the help and they did a solid job.

Meire is very accommodating of any last minute requests and her team is completely professional. Keep in mind that my has is typically a disaster zone of clutter and toy chaos when they arrive yet somehow they manage to get through it efficiently. Meire's team is also very conscientious of our dog and cat which is a huge relief! I wish I could afford for her to come every week!!
