Description of Work: From the earliest contact, this company was both professional and responsive. The appointment was scheduled and completed within a week's time. They were prompt, courteous and professional. |My house sparkles! I will be using them on a regular basis. |

Description of Work: Absolutely unprofessional. Pre-paid based on special. Over 2 months later, and after significant hassle, we still have not received the service. Took several emails and calls to schedule. Set up 2 sessions and she didn't show for either one. When I complained the 2nd time she she hung up on me.. Her practice is to schedule a 90-120m time frame for when she will arrive. Then she texts to confirm you are home. Most people are not glued to their phones for 2 hours. I responded by text within 5m that we were home - she said she was already moving on to her next client because she couldn't reach me. Who does this? All other cleaners I've ever hired, you schedule a time and both people show up. Meire plays this little game and basically always gives herself the option to bow out of the appointment. It is incredibly disrespectful to a customer's time. I prepped for her and waited home twice during the agreed-upon appointment time -she did not show and did not even apologize. Instead she got belligerent with me, tried to blame it on me and told me to reschedule for a 3rd time. Dealing with her was very aggravating and a complete waste of time. Now we have to go through the hassle of trying to get our money back. Never again.

Description of Work: Meire and her ladies were very professional. Called before they were due to arrive to let me know they were on their way. Got right to business once they arrived. A pleasure. I am going to have them clean once a month.

Spoke little to no English. left earlier than expected so not as much cleaned as i would have thought. Asked Meire for estimate to finish cleaning; no response. |What they cleaned was excellent. good workers.

Description of Work: Meire and her team have provided weekly cleaning services for about 4 months now to help with general house cleaning. She always confirms the day before coming over and asks if there are any special requests (areas of the house to skip or may need extra attention). I've had several cleaners in the past and Meire's team is by far the best with clutter. Most cleaners just shove clutter in the nearest closet... her team organizes the items and leaves a neat pile on the table/desk/counter where they found it, which makes it easy for my wife and I to put things away properly, but not have to ensure the house is clutter free prior to the cleaners coming over. Highly recommend Meire.
