The team was great. We had issues with the construction work being done on time and they worked with us to accommodate our changes. The team was professional and thorough and cleaned every inch! The house looked great when they finished!

Ernesto fit me in his busy schedule so I could have the apartment cleaned before new tenants moved in. He came over exactly when he said he would. He also called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Ernesto came with a full crew and made the apartment sparkling clean. I spoke to one of his crew that check out the finished apartment with me to make sure I was happy with it. I was more than happy. She was very friendly and nice also. I would highly recommend this cleaning company and I plan on using them again.

It is a treat to have the Cleanex team come monthly. A team of 4 or 6 can accomplish a lot so they clean deeper than we do and in a short time the house looks beautiful and smells so fresh and clean. We've a set 4 week cycle that you can count on and easy to adjust as needed to before guests arrive or after college kids depart. You can always reach Cleanex by phone or email. I also like that my credit card gets billed and I don't have to pay by cash or check at the time of service.

They sent a team of five cleaners who completed the job carefully and completely in about 3-1/2 hours. Although scheduled originally to start around noon, the owner notified me by phone that morning that they would start about two hours later but would complete as scheduled because he would assign additional staff--which he did, so they met their commitment. They were very responsive to my questions and requests, and the condo went from gray with dust to gleaming clean in that time. I've since hired them to do a once-monthly routine cleaning, which takes four of their cleaners about an hour and leaves the condo spic and span.

It was such a scam. He does all of the consultation work. None of them speak English except for this guy. I didn't use their service.

They arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m. when the work was scheduled and went to work. They were professional--no blaring radios--and efficient. The work was done mid-afternoon.

We have moved into the new house for about a year and never had a deep cleaning so the construction dust are still noticeable in the bathrooms. They wiped them all out. Can't appreciate more! I've never hired a professional cleaning service myself before, but I would hire these guys again without question! They did a move out clean for my apartment. I hired them via the buy it now deal on Angie's List. They were prompt and flexible scheduling with me - so easy. On cleaning day Ernesto and his crew got there early. They did a walk through with me and made sure they understood what I wanted. At the end of the service the apartment was DEFINITELY cleaner than it was when I moved in! They were very thorough, moved and cleaned under and inside all the appliances, inside drawers, everything. Worked very quickly and efficiently and every person I met was sweet and friendly. At the end of the service, Ernesto called me to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. Couldn't ask for better service or communication. Only thing I would note is that it seemed to me that many of the cleaners did not speak English - this is no problem to me and I don't think it would be a problem for anyone since everyone went above and beyond to make sure communication was clear and the needs were met. Hire this company - they're great!

Ernesto is a very pleasant and polite guy. We initiated our conversation by email trough Angie's list and spoke on the phone later to arrange the details. He came to my house to look at the place and give me a quote. Everything happened in a few days and we agreed with the price and date. The crew came on time and did a great job. There were three people and it took them a couple of hours to do the job The basement was just finished and there was a lot of post construction dust. It look great now.

Cleanex has been providing cleaning services for my home for the past four years. They are thorough, responsive, and professional. With past cleaning services, there were times that I had to point out something that needed attention - not so with Cleanex. They are on top of it!

They do a fabulous job. With regard to price, I know that they charge me much less because I've been a customer for so long. They are very dependable, and they do a very good job of cleaning. They are very responsive when I ask for something in particular. They are very accommodating to work around between tenants for me when they clean the rental unit.

We are very happy with their service. It is fast and they are actually very quick, and they are not in your house for a very long time and they do a good job and they are also very speedy. Their quality coupled with their speed is probably what we appreciate most about them. We use them every two weeks so we used them a week ago and we have a standing service with them. The pricing is pretty competitive. They don't always arrive at the same time. On email or voice mail they are very responsive.

We have a schedule with them as to when they will come. They do a very thorough job. They are trustworthy, as they have the key to our home. They are punctual and are here on the appointed date. I am happy with their work.
