Two times per month for past 18 months, $100 per visit including tip. Great! Always exceeds expectations. I never need to leave detail instructions, she always knows what to take care of. Very reasonably priced. Trust her in my home while we are away 100%. I would recommend her to anyone.

Blessing Cleaning was refered me from a friend. I called and got a response right away. They scheduled the estimate date and showed up exactly on time which to me is very important. They gave me a quote on cleaning my house, windows and doing some handymen work. I agreed with the price in which was very reasonable and they performed the work. Again they scheduled a date and time and showed up exactly on time. They performed the work and I was super satisfied with the final product. This company left my house super clean. It was the same thing as walking into a whole new apartment. not to mention they effort and time they put in to make sure I was satisfied. My windows look amazing, I can actually see my reflection of the glass. Also they changed the lightbulbs that were missing which was very helpful for me. Not only I have contracted them to clean my house on a weekly basis but I have also contracted them to clean my office.I would be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone.Keep up the good work.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. Amanda showed up on time and was very professional. The crew was awesome and worked very hard. My wife and I were so pleased, that we hired A+ for bi-weekly cleaning now and they do amazing work every time they come!!!! Everything is A+!

We did go back and forth on the phone a few times to set up a time, which was understandable as we were asking them to squeeze us in with less than a week's notice. Amanda brought one other person and they cleaned our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse very quickly and thoroughly. We received many compliments on the condition of our home because of Amanda's cleaning.

Excellent service. Cleaners arrived in time. The owner always answers to our calls. This is one company I have been using for some time now. The owner Amanda checks cleaning at least once a month to make sure that everything is well.

Amanda and her crew showed up on time (total of 4 workers). We had the basement and attic refinished and other painting/remodel work done throughout the house, and a fine plaster dust had staged every room of our house. In addition, a room that had remained untouched for a long time that gathered filth and dust for many years that was truly discouraging. A+ did an amazing job. One person in that basement room worked meticulously in concentric circles, taking things out of drawers, endlessly wringing out cloths filled with grime. The rest of the house was similarly scoured. She also helped me organize and de-clutter some boxes we had thrown around the house. I had no idea our house could feel so clean under bare feet after all that crazy work! We are thrilled with their service and that we are through with all this work. We scheduled them to do regular cleanings in every two weeks.

Possibly the most reliable cleaning company on earth! They do a fantastic job of general house cleaning and they are completely trustworthy and professional.

We have a 2 bedroom condo and it would take two cleaning girls about an hour and a half. They were hard workers and left our place pretty clean; not spotless, but clean. We were told we'd get the same cleaning girls every time but that changed because of illness, lateness, etc. We didn't like the following things: 1. Amanda would never answer my calls and she'd never confirm that she'd received voice mails with instructions on cleaning, etc. 2. Amanda was bad at communicating. If her girls were late or decided the dog scared them, we'd hear nothing from her. 3. They used our cleaning supplies to clean. Kinda weird. 4. I don't think there's an actual company called "A Plus Cleaning Boston." We paid Amanda directly - and the MA state corporations database has no listing for her company. We had an excellent first impression, followed by good cleaning, followed by horrible response & communication.

I contacted Amanda and she arranged for her husband to come out and give us an initial estimate. After the estimate was provided, Amanda and I agreed on a date and time for the initial cleaning, which was supposed to be a Saturday morning. I gave them 2 hours to show up (past the agreed upon time) before calling Amanda to let her know that no one had shown up to clean our home - I had to leave her a voice message as I did not get an answer. I did not get a call back from Amanda for 2 days. When she finally did call back she told me that I had the date and time wrong (even though I had my calendar out during the discussion and confirmed the date and time with her twice before hanging up). I decided to give her another chance as I had read some very good reviews on Angie's List and I knew that Amanda had just had a baby. Amanda and her cleaning crew did arrive for the next date and time that we agreed upon and I was very pleased with the job that they did. Before leaving, Amanda and I agreed that they would come to our home every other week for a similar cleaning. Two weeks later, they did not show again. Amanda indicated that she was actually trying to schedule me for Friday cleanings (instead of Tuesdays, which was news to me) and that she just needed to make sure that she could fit me in. So, a couple of days later, Amanda and her crew arrived 20 minutes past our agreed upon time. I asked Amanda if I should expect them to come between 9:00 and 9:30 each week, instead of 9:00 exactly and she said yes. That was 2 weeks ago. Amanda did not show up at all today for the scheduled cleaning and I have decided to no longer use A+ Cleaning as they are not reliable.

Amanda came the day after I called (on Sat) to provide an estimate. She was pleasant, polite, and professional. To meet my schedule she initially thought she would have to bring her crew for a few hours each day over three days. However, she was able to reschedule other jobs to do the cleaning all on one day. She and her crew arrived (as promised) between 7:30 and 8am. Two ladies worked all day, joined for several hours in the afternoon by two more. Amanda got them started, checked in via phone, and came back at the end of the day before they left to review the job with me. When I arrived at the end of the day, the whole house sparkled! Every surface had been cleaned, just as I had wanted. The fridge looked new, as did the bathrooms. Her service was more expensive than I had expected but, based on the positive reviews I found on Angie's List, I decided to splurge and am very pleased that I did. I plan to continue to use Amanda for regular housecleaning (@$90/wk).

I found out on the evening of July 2nd that an old friend would be visiting me on the 4th and my apartment was a disaster. I'd been in an accident a while ago, and even before that had been putting off routine cleaning because I'm moving in a few weeks and knew I'd have to do it then anyway. In short, the place was in no way suitable for entertaining. I called several cleaning companies that night to see if they'd be available to come clean the night of the 3rd and after 3 or 4 tries I found Amanda's A+ cleaning company. She called me back on the morning of the 3rd to say yes, she could come do it. When Amanda and her crew got here, they gave me the bad news: my apartment was more than they could do in one evening, and it was going to cost far more than the $150 to $200 she'd ball-parked over the phone. We eventually settled on $550 for the two other women to come back in the morning, on the 4th of July. The two women spent the day here (on the 4th!) and did an amazing job! My apartment is cleaner then when I moved into it 4 years ago, and I really couldn't be happier. They worked so hard and paid such good attention to detail. My only regret is that I didn't call them years ago and then sign them on for maintenance cleaning. If I weren't moving to the other side of the country, I'd have them back on a regular basis to be sure. I'm so appreciative of what they were able to do for me, especially on a holiday and on such short notice. My friend is arriving tonight, and I feel great about the state of my apartment. A+ Cleaning is a bunch of miracle workers.

Leaving a light on or forgetting to clean something is one thing but when you leave an entire home open to the public where anyone can walk right in that is inexcusable.

A Plus Cleaning is A+. We've used several cleaning companies over the years and we think Amanda is the most professional, has the best quality, and best value. Our plan is to make some significant updates to the home over the next several years while we live there. The constant small scale remodeling creates more dust than the average home has, and A Plus handles it all really well. She is very flexible when larger scale remodeling projects force us to skip one cycle of maintenance cleaning then do an additional deep cleaning. Amanda seems to take real pride in her work, and her skill and attention to details are amazing. I look forward to her every visit.

Called to set up cleaning of house. Scheduled time to come over and meet and get estimate. She called the first time to cancel and rescheduled to next day. Next day came, I left work earlier than usual to meet her, and she never showed up. No call, no messages. Very strange as she had seemed fairly professional up to that point. Next day I got a message on the phone saying that she had called the day before and just gotten voice mail. No indication of any missed calls the day before, so not really credible unless Verizon Wireless was down for the day and no one knew about it. Also, why wouldn't she have left a message. Called her because of some earlier good reviews but think a lot of these service providers, especially in this category get overwhelmed and can't scale their businesses to meet the demand they get as a result of good work they used to do. Very disappointing.

It was a great experience. We are also now getting bi-weekly cleaning as well and are so happy with it. Amanda and her crew are very professional, polite and attentive to details. I especially appreciate Amanda's consistent responsiveness and flexibility. I would highly recommend them!

Amanda met us at our new house on a Sunday afternoon and provided an estimate within a few days. She scheduled the work to be done at our convenience and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. When the cleaning crew showed up there were only 2 women instead of the usual 3. They spent almost nine hours and left the house spotless and ready to move in the next day. We are retaining Amanda's services for bi-weekly cleaning.

I spoke with 4 companies from Angie's List before hiring A+ Cleaning. I appreciated the responsiveness, strong work ethic, organization, and personability of Amanda, the owner of the company. Amanda arranged to come to my home for an estimate within a day or so of my calling. After her visit, she said she would follow-up with an e-mail that evening to provide the cleaning quote. She did. Actually, her e-mail was down so she called me to deliver it by phone. This scored even more points; most other companies would use this as an excuse for not being able to respond as promised. When I decided to hire her for the job, she was able to accommodate me quickly into her schedule. On the day of the cleaning, her two workers arrived and did a fantastic job. Though the initial cleaning cost was higher than the others I was quoted, they did an outstanding job and I believe the quality of their work is better than the less expensive ones would have delivered. I highly recommend them!

From the day of the estimate I met Amanda, and I knew we wanted to go with her. She was responsive, honest and warm. Besides doing a great job cleaning every other week, she brings happiness every time she comes. Always smiling as her team works away. It's always a pleasure to have Amanda and her crew over. Seriously though, I would have her clean every week, if only I could afford it. Amanda is very punctual and incredibly reasonably priced.

Based on positive reviews here I called Amanda for an estimate. She called me back within a day or two and came out very shortly thereafter to give me an estimate. We could not get into our new apartment before we had to move, so unfortunately the team had to work around all our boxes. When we finally got into the apartment, it was pretty filthy from the previous tenants. Two women showed up on time, if not a little bit early to do the work. They got straight to work and did a wonderful job. They were here for 4 hours cleaning everything from under the stove to washing the baseboards. They even set up our dining room table. Their work made a stressful moving day a lot more tolerable. It was well worth the price. I have now signed up for bi-weekly service with the company. This has not started yet.

Amanda and 2 helpers came on time at 8 am, and at least one person was still at the house at 4 pm. Worked non-stop and cheerfully, with excellent attention to detail, and thoroughness. Very pleased.

Amanda is very polite and professional. She returned my phone call promptly and scheduled an appointment to come to our house to give us an estimate. After checking references we decided to hire her and her team. She was able to start right away and also schedule weekly cleaning on the day that we had as our first preference. We also asked her to pay attention to a few details that we care about, and she and her team are doing a very good job. The people who work for her are very friendly and thorough. We are very happy with her work and we would definitely recommend her company to anybody that needs a housecleaning service.

Excellent job!! Amanda was very professional and always very prompt in his replies to my questions and scheduling needs. Amanda and her cleaning crew made my house absolutely sparkle! The cleaning crew arrived on time, they were polite, very thorough, and hard working. I am extremely pleased with their work.

The company owner came right on time with two workers. After she explained what had to be done, she left. The women worked non stop for 3 hours and the house was immaculate when they left.

A+ Cleaning did a very complete full, post constr/seasonal cleaning. We had just completed a renovation and had dust everywhere - they did a fantastic job. Very complete.
