Description of Work: Called to get an estimate to prune and trim a couple large, mature sugar maples on our property. The rep, Jeff Thomas, responded promptly and was very professional. Unfortunately, after providing the quote in October and a subsequent confirmation from me via email, I never heard back from them. Given the work, the price seemed a bit high, but I was willing to pay a higher price in order to get better service. That never happened.

Description of Work: They used a crane that went over the house to remove a large tree that fell on the house. The guys would strap cabling to sections and lift it over. They were quick, professional and did an amazing clean up job as well. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I sought three bids to remove three trees on my property. I heard back from only two of those I contacted. Both of these companies proposed taking the trees down using a crane. The bid by Mayer was substantially higher - more than twice the bid from the company that I used. In fact, the price that was quoted by Mayer to remove the largest tree was more than the entire cost from the company that I went with. I am commenting on the price here because it was so out of whack with the same service from another company.

Description of Work: Called for an assessment and estimate on tree health/weed removal at 4:30pm on a Friday. A friendly, helpful human being answered the phone immediately and promised to forward my request to Mayer's tree health specialist, Jeff Bourque. I didn't expect a call back until Monday, but Jeff called the next day and set up an appt. for that Monday morning. Jeff arrived promptly and reassured me that we didn't have a problem after all. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Mayer in the future or recommend them.

Description of Work: The winter left many damaged branches on several large trees around my house as well as damage to new leaves. The company was prompt and completed the job quickly. The gentleman also had suggestions for maintaining the tree as well as cleaning up perfectly after the work was done-would not have even know they were here. Thank you
