Description of Work: Only took a partial load of what I had. Said they would have to come back. I did not have them return. All of what I had should have fit on 1 truck.

 + -1 moreI did not use this company. I was quoted a price by their customer service rep when I called the 800 number, and I set up a date for them to come to remove a hot tub. The driver/pick-up person called me on the service date and I was told that the price was going to be 3 times what I was quoted. I was also told that I would need to have people there to help them, or that the hot tub had to have been cut into pieces before they would come to get it. This was an hour before I was expecting them!! I feel that this was like bait & switch advertising by the franchise that covers my area. The nicest person I spoke with was the original rep when I first called their 800 number. I will not use this company in the future, and would never recommend them.

Description of Work: Took a number of old tires some with rims and some without.
