Still Services LLC

Still Services is a horrendous company. Not only did Matthew NOT diagnose the problem but said it was something else he went on to say that he would have to rip out our shower. He's a scam artist. He did not fix the problem. Berkshire Heating and Plumbing not only diagnose the problem in under 10 minutes but fix it in under 30 for a quarter of the price. Still Services should be out of business they are terrible. They slapped us with almost a $400 bill for something that he did not do or fix. He took a piece out of our drain and never replaced it. The problem was never the drain at all, it was a pipe in the other room. We are disgusted, horrified and appalled. Terrible company. They did not change us for his journeyman fee, which would have been acceptable, but charge just for the full bill when he infected nothing to fix the problem and in fact made it worse. This company is a bunch of scam artists and they should be out of business.

Matt and his services Techs are also so efficient and prompt. Example I manage an apartment complex I had 11 units no Hot water or heat. I called at 10 am they were there by 10:45. I was up and running in no time. Thank you, Brian and Kory, for your help today! I highly recommend them!!!

Very well. They showed up late at night twice when we lost heat due to faulty installation by another company. They saved us from possible burst pipes and freezing temperatures. VERY grateful!

Perfect they are so professional and well knowledge stay till they fix the problem. they offered things to help prevent problems. I highly recommend them...

Bottom line I got a 95% efficiency furnace installed on short notice on Christmas Eve . Problem was in the details, not what I discussed and I was not called to discuss the install or changes to my house that they would need to make to install a furnace I did not want. The bill was not itemized and a few other minor issues. Miscommunication! Get details in writing. An aggravating experience.

Extremely well. Very pleased with the job they did

Matt and crew were a dream come true. Boiler died a week after I got out from a long hospital stay and I was pretty much useless. Died Friday night and I spent all day Saturday being turned down from place after place everyone expecting my kids to survive 2 weeks with no heat. Spoke to Matt on Saturday night sent pictures of the failed unit which gave him all the info needed. He had a new boiler at my house 9 A.M. Monday morning !!!! His crew was AMAZING !!! They had the old unit out and off to the scrap yard in less than an hour with the new boiler and plumbing up and running by 5:00 pm Same day. I can’t of anyone better!!! A+++ all the way

Excellent responsiveness and professional service. Mike and his colleague inspected my old model 80 gal heater, and found nothing wrong with it that would result in my unusually high electric bill. Mike would not accept payment for this service visit as there was nothing to repair at this time. He gave me a free estimate of the purchase and installation cost of a new model heater so that I could begin budgeting for one now. Their honesty and professionalism was so appreciated! I highly recommend Still Services!

Great - on time and what we expected.

There were no issues,This company knew exactly what needed to be done and there were no surprises that would increase the price.This is a very professional and honest company that I will definitely consider for other projects. I had quotes from some well known companies that were considerably higher that included scare tactics in there quotes such as the whole bathroom contained mold and would require new walls and sub floor.There was no mold. I am glad I used a local company.

Great!!! Matt (the owner) explained what was likely wrong. He was very prompt, thorough and even chatted a bit with us after finishing up. We loved that he was local and from a small business. He even made sure that we would be okay for a night, while he got the part that we needed. He had a space heater that he would have offered us for the evening. He is just a really good guy.

Matt responded fairly quickly to my original call when my tenants had no hot water. He was unable to diagnose and referred me to someone else, who said the boiler needed to be replaced. Matt did provide a temporary fix by piping hot water from the tenants on the other side of the duplex, but was then incredibly slow to respond with an estimate to replace the boiler. When he finally gave me an estimate, it came in $1000 higher than another plumber I decided to go with for the job. Matt then neglected to bill me for the services until 8 months later, by which time I had forgotten I had an outstanding bill! His bill was sent to the wrong name, wrong address, and did not have dates of service, and he charged me $175 for the diagnostic visit, when others had offered this service free of charge. Overall, I was not impressed with his professionalism or his pricing.

Fantastic. He showed up with crew and in and out in two days. He is very responsive and did everything he said he was going to do. no drama.

He did a great job. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They had the installation done in one day and after they left you wouldn't even have known they were here.

.Matt is not only a great guy, he is also an extremely hard worker and clearly knows his trade. We have other jobs that we will not hesitate to call Matt for and I recommend him to anyone in the area.

Matt has been a concientious and skilled plumber. A number of jobs have required him to think a bit outside the box to come up with solutions in difficult, old homes, and he always has. His pricing is really competitive, too.
