Did not provide service I was looking for because they were booked out and I needed the repairs done sooner. He was very quick to respond and very pleasant interaction. I will call them back in the future for needs that may arise.

in the process of having a new tub surround installed by a different company and discovered there was rot and structural issues with the interior shower wall that would not allow them to complete the instillation and that company didn't offer any repair services. Called On The Level and they were quick with a quote and able to complete the work in the time I needed it done. Very communicative and easy to work with. Would use them again in the future.

Excellent work. Shawn and Helicia are a pleasure to work with and I have nothing negative to say about the experience or their work.
Description of Work: Shawn and Helicia did two jobs for us, two bathroom renovations. This included tiling the floors, painting walls, replacing toilets and faucets, and building a "cat alcove" for the kitty litter box. They also did a series of "handyman" jobs - rehanging a closet door, replacing a broken shelf.
