Quality is displayed in the finished product and not boasting about the other work you have executed.
Description of Work: We had an antique maple table refinished. It was stripped and refinished with shellac. The brushstrokes are visible and palpable on the surface of the table.

It went perfectly. The repair was simpler and less expensive than what we had expected, since we thought the frame of the chair was broken but it was really only that the frame needed to be tightened up and glued again. We've used Manhattan Restorations before, for a larger and more complex repair, and were very pleased with the way it turned out.
Description of Work: examined a chair for cracks, found none but reglued the base of the chair where it had come loose
