I have used Jen's services for 8 years and have always been very pleased. He knows exactly what he's doing to clean the dirt and mildew off of the siding and not damage anything. The house always comes out looking beautiful and many people comment on how good it looks. His prices are a bargain too!

It came out great! my siding looks brand new. Doug even had to order special soap to clean the outside of the gutters which turned gray. He came back to my house as soon as the special soap was in and finished the job! thanks Doug!

Contacted them via phone, I was ok with them stopping by to look at the job when I was not home, so they did and called me back with a price. I told them it was a good price and wanted to go with it, and he said they would add me to the list and let me know when they could get to it, we were not in any rush. They called one morning to ask if "Today" would be a good day since it was nice out and they had the time, I said sure but I was not home. They were ok with that, so when I got home from work it was all done and looked AWESOME. He called back the next day to ask how we liked it and to set up a time for payment. All in all it was a great experience, house looks great and we would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I found JEN via Angie's List, and they absolutely lived up to the good reviews. We hired Doug to wash both my house and my mother's, and we're both very pleased. Doug stayed in touch and returned calls promptly while we worked through scheduling a convenient time for all. Both houses look great, the gutters look new, and he was also able to even out a bit of faded siding on one house. Not really much else to add, other than that I will certainly be calling them again the next time the house needs washing. Thanks, Doug!

I had received Doug's name from a friend and called in the beginning of May. I live in Belchertown and despite being located quite a distance from him, he was able to stop by within a couple of days and give me an price of $130 plus $40 for cleaning the deck. His schedule was already booked into June, but he said he would call sometime around the first. I waited until June 6 to call him back and left a message asking if he had forgotten about me, but he called back that day and we scheduled the washing for just a couple of days later. When he arrived, I discovered that he was going to have to use my own water supply to do the job. This was a concern as I have a "shallow" well and he estimated that the entire job would probably use 200 - 300 gals of water. Doug was very conscientious however and took a little extra time to allow the water supply to "recharge". Whether this was even necessary I don't know, but it put my mind at ease a little. When he was finished the house and deck looked brand new. The price was exactly what I was quoted and I would certainly use and recommend Doug and Jen Pressure Washing again.
