They arrived exactly when expected, were respectful, and explained everything to me. It was so nice to be talked to, not dismissed, and have my opinions listened to. They worked extremely efficiently and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them!

We had had an issue with all of our hard-wired smoke, fire, heat, and carbon monoxide detectors. Shelby came back to the house within a half an hour, and figured out what the problem was. She stopped the alarms from sounding, and will be returning to permanently fix the problem. We are extremely satisfied with Easthampton Electrical, and Shelby.

Shelby and R J Lynch were so correct. It was Verizon corrison on Condo's landline. This was static problem. They call Verizon for us to check out the corrison on Condo line after these wonderful people figured was might be the problem after their dianogistic completed at our home. Verizon came out and fix the problem that was on Edward Street, connected to our Condo. NO More static. Thank you Electrical Experts for all you have done. It is greatly appreciated.!

Extremely nice, Did complete diianosgist as to why I still have static on new telephone system. it could be corrison on condo wires. They called Verizon company for us to come & fix it. If problem still happens I will call them back.

The business has a really customer-pleasing, well-integrated suite of services, processes, and systems. And in three home visits, the technicians were always skilled, knowledgeable, punctual, methodical, clean, professional, patient, and good communicators.

Anthony was friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He did a great job installing our ceiling fans. I think that overall the pricing is high, but I needed someone to be at my house at a certain day and time and electrical experts can guarantee that. They give you lots of notice that they are coming, good customer service.
