Overall the experience of working with this company was stressful and disappointing. The workers were very sloppy; there were cut out pieces of framing strewn around the yard, insulation around the yard near where they worked. They dropped a window air conditioning unit denting the corner of it badly. The worst thing one of the workers did was drill through the newly remodeled kitchen wall and THROUGH the cast iron radiator on the other side rendering it useless! It could not be repaired. We had to remove the new moulding around the radiator, take the ruined radiator out and have a plumber connect the replacement. We were fortunate to have saved a radiator (spare) from our kitchen remodeling project to replace it. The only good outcome was that I negotiated to only pay 50% of the invoice. I would not work with this company in the future or recommend them. The owner was polite throughout the ordeal, however.
