Description of Work: Jerry Buzzee first did work for us in the summer of 2012. He fixed a dripping oil filter and evaluated our heating system when we first bought our house. That went fine. We called him because he had done work for the previous owner. Then, soon afterward, he fixed an air conditioning unit. He was prompt and responsive - said one unit wasn't worth fixing, and ordered a part for the other unit and fixed it as soon as it came in. He left us his cards and said to call him any time, listing all the things his business included as he left. Then we called him the following summer with a plumbing problem. I left him two messages and never got a return call. I assumed he was away on vacation and called someone else. Then, in October, we needed a stove vent installed. Jerry came and looked at it, figured out how he would run it, expalined how he fabricates his own duct rather than trying to buy just the right shape, and made an appointment to come back and install it. He never showed up that day, and never called. We called, but didn't hear back. We had a contractor coming to install cabinets the next week, so we had a very short window in which to get this duct done. We were able to find someone else to do it, thankfully, but we will definitely never call Jerry again..

Description of Work: He moved a bathroom over to a room away. (Shower and wand, sink, and toilet)

Description of Work: Buzzee Heating & Air Conditioning came out and put in gas lines for a gas heating system instead of oil and he helped set up the electricity for it and the fire alarm down there by the heating system and he switched the oil system over from oil to gas also. We had propane fireplace so he helped with putting the lines for the gas fireplace too so we only have gas electric now, no oil and no propane, we got rid of both. He also removed an oil tank that was downstairs in the basement.

Description of Work: I contacted Buzzee Heating and Air Conditioning from his website after moving into the house on Saturday and finding a leaking pipe. We made an appointment for Monday and he was great about calling when he was running a little behind. He was very thorough with the leak and fixing it and then did an overall survey of my basement and furnace telling me about what I had and what I may need to do in the near future as a new home owner. He was wonderful, very friendly and very professional. I will be calling him back to do more work very soon!

Description of Work: I used Buzzee Heating & Air Conditioning about a week ago. He put in a hot water heater and piping. He fixed the faucets and put in a garbage disposal. He changed the pipes under the sink.
