I had an initial consultation with Mark about some changes I wanted to make to my retail store. I had general ideas and a and quot;visionand quot; and Mark walked me through the process. He made suggestions for changes and presented them in a clear and compelling manner. There were many details which I had not thought about... repurposing some items I had resigned to demolish, placement and scale of other features. I was impressed by his design sensibility. The work was done over a four-day period. They worked fast and efficiently and were never bothered (at least never showed it!) when I interrupted to ask for a favor (and quot;Can you help me move this display case?,and quot; etc.). I really enjoyed chatting with Mark and his crew while they were in the gallery. Mark gave me the option to buy my own door to save some time and money. He gave me the details (size, etc.) and let me budget shop for a door and fixture which I thought was really nice (of him). This project was completed to perfection and they did a great job cleaning up. Last week I had him come back to install some slat wall. I worried that it was too small of a project. However, he was able to come and do it himself the following Saturday. It just took a couple of hours and I enjoyed his presence. He really is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! I would give Bonde Construction 5+ stars and recommend Mark to any nice people looking for a contractor.

My husband and I contacted this contractor to do a major renovation on our home.He was fairly prompt about coming to our home and reviewing the work to be done.I liked his manner and ideas. I was very hopeful about working with him and he seemed professional.That however was not the case. After over 4 months of Emails to which he would occasionally reply, he still had not come up with an estimate. He cited problems getting a crew together, etc. Instead of calling us any time within that 4 month period, he sent an email stating he could not do the job.Although we were not in a rush to get the renovation done, I would expect a professional contractor to know his limitations and be honest about his abilities.
