AWL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

It went poorly. Workmanship shoddy. Final bill was more than double the original estimate.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this company. The first time I had them clean my gutters, they threw the gutter refuse down onto the ground and onto my newly painted porch-and then left without cleaning it up. After coming home and calling them, they "apologized" and came back to clean up. They did end up providing this service for free on that visit. The 2nd time they cleaned my gutters, they reported left refuse in the downspouts which clogged things up for a LONG time (and which I just recently found out about, as it is a rental property). The 3rd and LAST time I used them, they reported the gutters had been cleaned and I paid the invoice. When I saw the house a few weeks later, there was plant matter and small trees growing in the gutters. I confirmed with my property manager and tenants that no one had been by the house, and then called Awl. The gentleman who answers the phone repeated stated that his son had cleaned the gutters (repeating that claim by looking at the invoice and talking to his son). He eventually went out and looked at the house, and then offered to "re"clean the gutters at 50% of the cost. I refused his service. I will NEVER use Awl again - they did bad work and had awful customer relations, even if it was cheap.
