Description of Work: Was looking for a plumber to remove an existing water heater and install a tankless unit in its place. I was to do most of the prep work including removing needed counter top and cabinet to gain access to the water heater. Mr. Morello came out to see the job and decided he did not want to do it. Guess it looked like too much work for him. Mr. Morello appears older and maybe is semi-retired. Probably looking to fix leaky faucets and not do any real work. I would recommend staying away from him.

Let us know about Moen 1-800 number which resulted in free shipping and free replacement of faulty valve that the plumber subsequently fitted for us. Great service and very efficient. We would definitely use again.........great plumbers are like gold dust on the cape in the summer!!

Description of Work: My attempts to contact Mr. Morello by phone and by email have had no response. If he is no longer in business, Angie's List should be told. Other client reporting was complimentary, and I was expecting to get either a call or an email, even if he is very busy. The combined jobs I outlined would have been very worthwhile. + -1 moreThey did a great job - start to finish. They came on short notice, ahead of schedule and completed all work in about an hour. The work was clean and professional the priced fairly. I will definitely be using them again.
Description of Work: Rebuilt outdoor shower water mixer, removed old fixture, and diagnosed issue with leaking faucet - it needed parts that are not available locally.

Description of Work: dick morello has been our plumber and heating person since 2008. he has installed service lines, re-configured septic lines, installed outdoor shower, re-plumbed our kitchen twice, installed a claw foot tub, sink, toilet and shower fixtures and any other plumbing or heating issue need. in addition, he has provide free consultation work for affordable housing, including estimates and advice on on-demand hot water, changing out heating systems, and water filtering and neutralizing systems. he is the smartest person i know and has been generous with materials and information. he gives back to the community and is glbt-friendly. he has allowed me to assist him in the work done on our home and is not sexist at all. i adore this man and trust him completely. his combination of intelligence and great work ethic make him the plumber to call.
