+ -1 moreLarry was terrific to work with. He was helpful about color selection and flexible when we considered making a change. His prep work was thorough and tidy. I was impressed with how little disruption there was to our room arrangements while he worked - he covered extensively and shifted things a bit, but mostly worked around what was there. He took his time, working steadily and carefully - a combination of professional competence and common sense that one rarely sees these days. He was friendly, cheerful and a pleasure to talk to. I also would rehire him in a minute.
Description of Work: Larry removed the mildew from a large bathroom ceiling and a 15X15 foot sunporch ceiling. He painted both ceilings, and primed and painted all the window trim for ten large windows and several long baseboard heaters. He also power washed, primed and painted a 15X15 foot deck.

+ -1 moreLarry is very upbeat, pleasant, and hardworking. I was still getting the big house ready to sell, and it was great fun to have Larry around. He never stopped working - and was always ready to give me a hand if I needed it. My new house is very small with low ceilings and brilliant hot pink, turquoise and mint green color that desperately needed taming. Larry did a simply excellent job filling the cracks & seams, covering the trim, painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards etc. He also did a great job with the rusted metal baseboard radiators. I would hire him again in a minute.
Description of Work: I needed fresh paint inside to sell my parents' home in Orleans: Larry did just enough to make Mom and Dad's house sparkle. I bought a small 1960's house a mile away, and that needed more serious prep work. It is gorgeous now.

Larry Kays Interior Painting offers the following services: I live in Eastham,My work area stretches from Wellfleet to the North, and in the other direction, Orleans, Brewster, Harwich. I limit my work to interior painting, and I can also do smaller decks. Including powerwashing and coating.I prefer to do small to medium size jobs, and no job is too small.I am fully insured and do not mind to be asked for proof of insurance.
