The crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job beginning to end. No negatives for Heritage Hardwood Flooring.
Description of Work: Carpet removal, relocation of furniture to garage, hardwood floor installation and refinishing.

+ -1 moreThe job went very well. People arrived on time, were willing to work with the customer for floor placement, and completed the job a timely manner. There was one or two boards that were defective and were installed; they graciously replaced the defective boards. I will be using them again in the future for the upstairs.

+ -1 moreBill Reilly who owns Heritage Hardwood Flooring was excellent.He gave us an all inclusive estimate for the work. Other estimates we received either didn't include furniture moving,a storage container,or were only going to apply 2 coats of varnish.We also had a recommendation for Heritage Flooring from our contractor neighbor. The work began 08/08/2013 and was completed 08/12/2013,as scheduled.The work is beautiful,our floors have never looked better,even when they were new 30+ years ago.Heritage Flooring was willing to coordinate with our painting contractor. The painting was completed 08/20/2013.The crew returned on 08/21/2013 to move our furniture back from the storage container.They did a wonderful job,with great attention to detail, including providing devices which would prevent furniture from scarring our newly refinished floors.The storage container was removed on 8/23/2013 arranged by Heritage Flooring. We would recommend Heritage Flooring to anyone who wishes to have wood floor refinishing done.
Description of Work: Arranged for a storage container which was delivered to our property.Removed our furniture from the living,dining rooms,bedroom & placed it in the storage container. Sanded all wood floors & then applied 3 coats of polyurethane varnish.We then had painting done to the rooms.The crew returned once painting was completed & moved all furniture back to the rooms.The storage container was then removed . The price listed above included the storage container,furniture moving,dustless equipment for sanding,all materials &labor.

Bill scheduled the job around our schedule and we could not be more pleased with the work. His staff was polite and true professionals. Highly Recommend Heritage Hardwood Flooring.
