Description of Work: Great job. We had lots of choices and even ones that were lower then this contractor but very happy with our choice. we worked together to solve some problems and advice we received was helpful

Description of Work: Stripped old shingles and shingled roof, plus removed old fireplace flue and pacthed sub roof. They did a great job. Left us the extra shingles. Cleaned up pretty well considering they had to deal with all the leaves that had fallen. Hard to find debris from roof but some how they did a good job cleaning up.

Description of Work: They came at the promised time, went up on my roof to lookfor a leak, found the problem to be minor and offered to fix it rather than give a small est. Told him to do it. Leak fixed, no further probs ....excellent

Description of Work: Replaced existing roof. Process went quite smoothly from start to end. Contractor met established target end date (prior to Thanksgiving) and was pleasant to work with. Completed work looks very good!

Description of Work: In two days, Mr. Callahan removed an old roof and put on a new roof which has withstood the worst of winds and weather out here in Truro. The roof is gorgeous and the service could not have been better. The cost of service above includes all the materials and removal.

 + -1 moreThe price we paid was for a 30 year roof. They were doing other roofs in the neighborhood. We knew that we needed one and we stopped and talked to them. They said they would come by. They came by and spoke with us and gave us an estimate. I checked with my neighbor next door who had had him do work. She had checked with 2 or 3 other places and she thought that they were the best for her needs. I didn't bother checking with any place else because I took her at her word. We were only part time residents at that time and they were full time people and knew a lot of people in the area. What was good enough for them was certainly good enough for us. Callahan Roofing did a very good job. They were very neat. I have a lot of landscaping around the house and a deck with a lot of stuff on it. They were concerned about it, but there was no problem. I think one Hosta inadvertently must have gotten stepped on. They did a great job. I can't say enough good about them. Our neighbor had compared prices and their price was the best. They came when they said they would come. Actually, they came a little bit sooner because they were allowing for the rainy days in between, so it worked out fine.
