We hired Jamie because we saw what nice work he did for a neighbor who also had a addition built. He was very diligent, easy to work with, took time to explain and offer solutions to problems that cropped up, came in the worst winter weather ever... Compared to Cape builders Jamie's price was fair. Because Jamie does all the work himself, except plumbing, electric, heat/ac he does try to supplement his income by performing small jobs in-between for other clients which is understandable, so be prepared to give him extra time. All in all we were very pleased, and would hire him again !
