Great - Been using Waltham for years. Never have any bugs!

Everything went fine until I received an email with the price.

In many years, the company fairwed to call to schedule an appointment for annual instpection, so we had to remember it and call them. In 2012, we called the company and told them about new evidence of termite damage. We told them to come and treat; instead they sent their staff to inspect again. We wrote a letter demanding the treatment as requirted in the contract, and told them to come and treat; instead they sent their staff to inspect again. They told us the damage was not new. The prupose of such a maintenance contract to get the termite treatment which is needed, but Waltham Services did not provide the treatment.

They came and did a treatment that didn't work. When we called them to tell them it didn't work they told us it was because the treatment worked but the bedbugs just came back again. They wanted us to pay again. We hired a different company who helped us instead.

They just chemically treated around my house for termites. I rate them highly and I would use them again in the future if I have to.

It went great. They keep coming back if you are having problems. They came back without me having to pay. They also gave me tips for prevention.

The products that they use are safe for my pets. The residual effects of their spraying is literally 12 months. After they come to spray the house, they come out at no charge to spray again for repeat applications. I am not sure if they still have this policy. The office people are unbelievably nice. The technicians really know what they are doing. Even though I have not used them in a while, I would use them again if I could afford them.

I use them every year. I have had them for many, many years. I have a service contract and pay them yearly. I have had them for so long. I live on the edge of the town forest and have lived here many years and never had any termites. All of a sudden one year I had so many termites that I was standing in front of a vent trying to capture them with my vacuum cleaner. Waltham did the service and filled all the holes and put all the poison in. The next year I still had termites. They came back at no cost and put in the Sentricon System and that's what they check every year now. I like to find companies that don't do it right and then do make it right. There are always problems. People are not perfect. It's how they follow up and take care of business when it doesn't go smoothly; they really do that.

I have a contract with them. I think I first started with them about a year ago. I had termites and so I signed a contract with them. They come four times a year. They did a great job. I think they are professional. They are extremely quick on responding. When I thought I had some mice they were here within four hours to check and set traps. I think they are very reasonably priced for their service. The quality is high. When they came to do the work, they were really very professional. They don't make a mess. When they do things they are very conscientious about closing the backyard gates because I have dogs. I'm very pleased with them. Their responsiveness was extremely fast for potential emergency pest control. They have always been very professional. They call back right away. Usually I'm able to reach them on the phone and then if I have to leave a message they call back very soon.

In the end, I didn't have as big of a problem as I thought I did. The man said that the carpenter ant problem wasn't too bad. They came out when they said they would. The man was very good; he went around the house and pointed out a couple things. For instance, he pointed out that I had a hole in my foundation that probably let some insects in.

Waltham Services Inc is a good company. We have a contract with them that we pay annually and this pays for quarterly visits. I have no complaints with this company. They come when they say they will and are very responsive to phone calls if we need them in between times.

We have been using this company for a while, now, and are very satisfied with the work they do. They are reliable, they take care of the service when it needs it, and I am never troubled with scheduling problems. I would be happy to refer them to other people.

I WORKED WITH KEVIN BACON. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND FULL OF GREAT ADVICE. HE HAS RETURNED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AT NO PRICE TO MAKE SURE THE TREATMENT WAS UP TO DATE AND WORKING. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

HE PUT BATE DOWN OUR CELLAR AND AROUND OUR FOUNDATION. A COUPLE WEEKS LATER I STILL SAW ANTS, HE CAME BACK BECAUSE IT HAD RAINED AFTER HE SPRAYED. SO FAR SO GOOD. THE EXTERMINATOR WAS PLEASANT AND NEAT. DID NOT TAKE HIM TOO LONG.
