Very professional. Sofaman quickly estimated the project (using cellphone pictures) and even suggested ways we could save on the project. He also picked up and returned the chairs to our home, and met our Thanksgiving deadline for completing the work.

So far, so good. Leg seems secure and repair matches rest of chair leg. Professionals.

Amazing! The alternative was taking a chainsaw to it, so we were quite pleased with Sofaman's service.

Repaired some of the spindles on the back of the antique settee that had been chewed by a puppy. Wood was bare and a few of the wood spindles were even chewed far enough to change the shape of the spindle. They repaired them to look almost as good as new and blend in with the undamaged ones perfectly. I was not concerned with the repair decreasing the value of this true antique, just wanted it to be presentable again so we can enjoy it now and pass along this family heirloom. I can't remember the cost of his service but I felt it was very reasonable. The Sofaman did a great job! and was very reliable , with excellent customer service, including free delivery back to the hou.se

Paul is a very knowledgeable and gregarious provider. He and his assistant immediately knew where they needed to make cuts in order to reduce the size of the sofa. The job took about 2 hours. I was very happy to finally get the sofa inside. Since the re-assembly was done with metal plates and screws, it should be relatively simple to repeat the process if the sofa needs to extracted in future.

Paul and his wife did an awesome job on my slumping sofa. He replaced all the strapping and then all the foam in the cushions. My 16 year old sofa feels like brand new! They were punctional, polite and very neat. I highly recommend them.

Sofaman (Paul) and his wife have small family owned shop in West Bridgewater. Very friendly,customer focused. Contacted by email and sent pictures of setee. They replied confident and would pick up for a fee. So, I delivered myself and they returned it to me no extra charge. Picked up and delived table top under estimate. I was pleased with their service and responses.

Paul was excellent - showed up on time and was very efficient fixing my sofa. I used a third party who subcontracted the job to Paul. I would recommend contacting Paul directly as you will likely get the same great service but at a lower price. I would highly recommend him for repairing your broken furniture.
