It could not have gone better! Sean and Eric did an amazing job and they went above and beyond. My house has never looked this good. It was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Sean Kennedy painting.

Sean Kennedy Painting did a terrific job inside and outside our home. Sean and Eric were very personable and terrific to work with. They were very skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen with many years of experience. The interior work they did was truly amazing. One room they painted was a room with tongue and groove wood that required a deep knowledge of how to treat the wood in preparation for painting. They even caulked the seams. The room came out beautifully and is really a showpiece. Sean and Eric did a terrific job painting the exterior of our house. They were meticulous in all aspects. They power washed the house and covered everything when painting including the roof. Sean even vacuumed up paint chips! They scraped AND sanded peeling areas and primed the bare wood in Preparation for the finish coats. They identified areas of rot and brought in a carpenter to replace the rotted wood. We were going to purchase new shutters but Sean said they could remove the shutters and spray paint them. The shutters look brand new. They are concerned about spending money unnecessarily! Included in the price was painting doors and basement windows which again came out beautifully. Kennedy Painting’s price was very fair. They were very professional, extremely responsive and very punctual starting early everyday. They worked hard as painting is a physically demanding occupation. Sean and Eric are honest and very trust worthy. We would go to appointments, etc. and leave the house open for them. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and we would recommend them without reservation.

These gentlemen did an excellent job of painting my house. They gave me a reasonable estimate promptly, showed up just when they said they would, made my house look like new, and finished quickly. They cleaned everything up and were nice and easy to work with. They earned my highest recommendation; I'd hire them again in a second. VERY happy with how this project went!

Sean changed our six hallway doors from wooden to six panel white as well as with new hardware, changed all the trim upstairs to white and last minute painted our bedroom. Sean was on time, responsive and so easy to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend

Sean and Eric did a fantastic job painting the interior walls, trim and bay windows. We are very satisfied and they went above and beyond. They offered advice on other projects we had going and even chipped in to help which was outside the scope of their project. I would highly recommend this very professional team.

Sean was terrific! Did a great job of the painting, cleaned up every day, took care not to damage our plants, came when he said he would. Our neighbors watched him working and said that they plan to call him for their upcoming painting job.

Sean did a great job! He was punctual, he let us know when he'd be here, and he and his helper Eric were quiet and hard working. They were extremely neat, vacuuming up scrapings and no drips of paint where it didn't belong. His estimate was reasonable and he was a consummate professional throughout the week they were here. I would gladly hire him again.

This was the second job I hired Sean Kennedy Painting to do in the past 2 years. He is wonderful to work with, very responsive, professional, thorough, neat, enjoyable to have around, and reasonably priced. I am so glad that I have him as a resource thanks to Angie’s List.

It went very well. I had some water damage on my ceiling in my Kitchen. My kitchen and dinning and living room share the same ceiling and I had other painters price me for the whole ceiling, Sean came in and said he could "feather it in" so I would only have to do the Kitchen saving me more than half the costs. He did that and I can't tell where he ended also the water stains are gone!! He's a nice guy and knows his profession!! Would definitely recommend him!

He was great to work with, very responsible , very responsive. He insisted to wait for a couple of days to make sure that you can see the effect or result. He was very good to us.He came on time, he worked quietly very respectful being in somebody's home.

Couldn't be happier with the results. This was a tough job that required a ton of scraping the old paint that was falling off the house. Sean said from the beginning that it would take 10 full days and it took exactly 10 full days. He and his crew were very professional and accommodating while my wife was home with our 2 week old baby. A few other points: - Quality was excellent. Sean had me walk around the house several times in the last few days to find anything that didn't look right and I found none. - Very clean job site. The crew cleaned up every day and put all ladders/equipment in a stored location. There was not a single paint chip on the ground at the end of the day. - Great communication. Sean let me know at the end of each day their progress and his plans for the next day including weather forecasts. - Very fair price. Sean's proposal was second to the lowest, but almost 25% lower than the highest bid. - The price in the bid was the price we paid. There were no surprises with extra costs at the end. - I asked Sean to leave any left over paint so I could paint the shed and when I came home from work he and his crew painted it for me - free of charge! Overall, we are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Sean's services.

Excellent! We're very particular, and Sean lived up to our expectations. He came and went through the house with us to get an idea of what we wanted. He gave a reasonable estimate, was able to get it done in the time promised, and did an outstanding job. Liked it so much we asked if he'd do another house for us. Highly recommended.

It took a little while to get booked, but Sean and his team did a great job on painting the house and repainting the shutters. They did exactly what we asked, and when we added the replacement of two additional external window sills, he took care of those quickly. Each day they did a great job cleaning up from their work. The workers were respectful of our space, and they were nice guys. Sean kept us informed of everything he was doing, how the work was progressing, and what was coming up. The price was on par with other painters.

Leading up to the scheduled commencement of the project, Sean was in periodic communication with me providing updates. One week prior to the beginning of the project Sean met with me at my house to review the scope of the project and assess equipment needs. Sean and his staff arrived at my home on the agreed upon start date and, with the exception of 3 rain days, worked continuously until the project was completed. Plastic sheeting was spread under the work to catch the scrapings, protect the foundation plants, and avoid drippings on the hardscape and porch roofing shingles. The preparatory work was extensive. The Kennedy Team did a very thorough job scraping, caulking, re-nailing clapboard, and priming. I was particularly impressed that the primer was tinted to match the final color. Two coats of finish paint was applied to all surfaces. Sean returned the day after the project to complete a comprehensive clean-up of my property. My house looks terrific. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. The project has been complete for approximately one month and we are still receiving complements on the new paint job.

Sean Kennedy and his crew were excellent. Sean called ahead to confirm dates and they arrived right on time each day they were scheduled. Sean was here painting with one or two crew most of the days they were at my house. The men were courteous, friendly and worked hard all day. Sean asked me every day if I saw anything I didn't like. He wants his work to be perfect and his painting is beautiful. The plasterer had done some work in one bathroom that I hadn't expected him to do. Sean painted that ceiling without increasing his fee even though I offered to pay him for it. My walls and ceilings look awesome! I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did!
