We set a date and time, got a call the morning of the appointment and was told that they don't do that. They only service enclosures they install. I tried to explain to them that the work would most likely lead to a new enclosure but they wouldn't listen. My issue is that they didn't inform me from the beginning that it wasn't their policy to work on doors they didn't install even after we said we would sign a realease stating they would not be held resposible if the problem wasn't fixed. We had to wait close to two weeks for the appointment and then to be told on the morning they were supposed to come that they wouldn't be is not an acceptable practice. If their policy is to not work on enclosure they don't install then their policy should be to tell the customer right away and not to be so smug to say "I pass on more jobs than I do". I'm glad that in this economy they can turn away work and be rude to cumstomers.
