It was my first accident ever, which is never a pleasant experience. I went to Factory Collision after getting a damage estimate from my insurance company, and FC made everything incredibly easy. When I went in to schedule an appointment, Caleb looked at the car, and even got down on the ground underneath to see if there was any additional damage that he could see. He said the repairs would likely cost more than the insurance company's estimate--which I expected, because the insurance company typically returns an estimate that's too low. We made an appointment for two weeks later, and he had me fill out all the paperwork ahead of time so I could just drop the car off, get picked up by the rental car company, and be on my way. On the appointed day everything went completely as planned. Caleb knew who I was the minute I walked in, told me he would be in touch with updates, and that he would be in touch with insurance company. True to his word, he called me at work the next day and told me approximately how much the repairs would cost and when the car would be finished. He even emailed me later that day to say that there would be no delay in getting the parts, so the car should be finished right on schedule in two more days. The car was finished a day ahead of schedule, and Caleb's office called me. I wasn't able to pick it up that day because it was late in the day and I was still at work. We agreed that I would pay the bill with my credit card on the phone and they would leave the car for me in front of the office. because they would be closed when I came to pick it up. They even told me it was good I was picking it up the next day, because it would give them a chance to clean the car up first. The next day the rental car company dropped me off at Factory Collision, and there was my car right in front. I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only was the rear bumper like new, but the car had been completely washed and cleaned--even on the inside. The cleaned all the windows inside and out, all the interior surfaces, they took out the floor mats and cleaned them, and they even took out the rug/liner from the hatchback and cleaned that. The body work was impeccable--there is no indication the car had ever been damaged. All of this is to say that Factory Collision not only does high quality work, but they are professional, friendly, easy to work with, and make the whole process as painless as possible. They were on schedule, and the price was almost exactly what they told me it would be. This will be my go-to body shop forever (although I hope I don't need it!). I should also add that their office is impeccably clean and professional looking. It doesn't look at all like a "garage." An added plus, for me anyway: they have three absolutely adorable dogs who are all too happy to undergo unlimited petting.

THEY HAVE DONE THIS FOR ME IN OTHER CARS AND THEY DO A REALLY GREAT JOB. THE TINT IS SMOOTH AND DOES NOT FADE EVEN AFTER MANY YEARS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO A GREAT JOB. EVERY TIME I HAVE WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. THEY ALL SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DO VERY GOOD WORK.
