Wayne did an excellent job. The bathrooms look great and we have no complaints. There were a few process issues during construction because he was not used to working with an architect, and on this job he had to deal with both a design architect and a client who is an architect. He wasn't used to the additional level of scrutiny that comes with architects, but we worked through that issue. We had also detailed a fairly contemporary bathroom, and I got the sense that he wasn't used to that sort of work and he was perhaps more comfortable with standard design/build or traditional detailing. That said, the level of finish is excellent. Wayne did the floor and wall tiling himself, and it really looks great. We called for stacked bond rather than running bond for the shower stall, which entailed extra work because everything needed to line up, and the joints are practically perfect - I am happy every time I look at it. He brought in a plasterer for the walls as part of his team who also did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with the final product. We had a few change orders during construction, but everything was discussed and agreed to beforehand (and most of the adds were possibilities that we had discussed with Wayne during the bidding process as potential options). I never felt that Wayne was trying to push us into paying for unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend him for future work.

Excellent quality, on time everyday, can't say enough good things about him and his crew. Builds houses, does renovations and like I said his prices are fair and his crew is great. This was awhile ago but he hasn't changed know of other people he has done work for. Highly recommended.
