Dave and his team are great. I was in constant communication w Dave. He let me know when he would be in to see the project. Issued a proposal shortly thereafter. Agreed to price and Dave was on site when he said he would be. His team arrived early, finished the job quickly and professionally. They left the space as they found it..clean..neat. Dave is a true pro. He know what he is doing. He tells you what and how the project is going to go and then he delivers a first rate project. DO NOT HESITATE to hire Dave Foote. A great experience!

I got a quote from him and hired him. He was six weeks out and should be starting soon, but I haven't heard from him yet. He was very nice. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. His quote was reasonable.

Dave was very easy to work with, and his team was very professional. He made it easy. Since I was not there when they performed the work, there were a few small things I might have preferred to do differently had I been there (a smidge larger so the patio pattern could be complete), but Dave and his team did exactly what I requested. They also left my yard pristine. Would definitely use them again.

He was very knowledgable about our concerns which was a chimney in a house we are buying This is what he fid Chimney at side of house - Cut and point shoulder as needed, remove approximately 30" of brick work at chimney top in order to remove existing flu pipe ( damaged ) and replace with new flu liner. Rebuild as needed including new crown. Place cement wash off from flu to brick edge. Install individual stainless steel flu covers when done. Rear chimney - Point 2 shoulders as needed, repair cap relaying loose brick and pointing where needed. Caulk chimney to house along both sides.

Mr Foote and his crew did an excellent job. High quality, worked quickly and efficiently, all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

They had a busy schedule in 2014 so it took a while to get it lined up, but once it was they did very good work. The steps look great and three neighbors asked him to do their steps.

Wow ! Dave and his associate (his name is Dave as well) are just awesome ! They are hard working and honest professionals and are also very nice guys. I needed to get the work done (stucco coat on basement walls) and I called a few providers and received quotes. Dave was very busy but he told me that he would find time to accommodate my schedule and would complete the work. He called me and asked if I wanted to have the work done on the Saturday and I agreed. They showed up on time, were well prepared and started asap. They worked with great attention to detail and were very thorough. They also suggested to have the dryer vent cleaned of lint and said they would do it if they had time. That was not part of the basement wall job but still they offered to help me. I couldn't believe how hard they worked ! They started around 8:00 A.M. and continued working till 1:00 A.M. or so on a Saturday night ! Dave had to come back to my house on Monday to pick up some of his stuff. I showed him two areas at the bottom of the walls where it meets the floor. The coating appeared to be a bit rough but I told him that I didn't care about the looks, my question was just about the strength of the coating. He immediately picked up a brick and smoothened the areas to make it look nice even though I didn't even ask him to do it. Then he went ahead and applied caulking to several areas around my basement door even though that was not even part of the job ! He is just very customer friendly, hard working and honest person, and his associate Dave is the same. I rate Dave and his company very high and would contact them again if I need to get some work done.

Due to condo association politics the work hasn't been done yet. When we get the work done I plan to use this contractor.

I called this company and had an initial great response. Someone came to my house the same day. He said that he would email me an estimate for stair repair and walkway. I have sent 3 messages through angie's list and left 3 messages without any response.

We did not use their services this time around but wouldn't hesitate to utilize them in the future.

They were great. He was punctual, always on time. Called when he was supposed to call. He was a good guy and explained the job. He worked with my schedule.

Mr Foote was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, personable, and very knowledgeable. He came promptly to provide an estimate and the final cost matched the estimate. The work looks excellent and was done quickly. I would highly recommend Mr. Foote to anyone that needs masonry work.

Well this is another triple A reecommendation for David and his crew . They arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned up beautifully and left me with a wonderful set of new stairs. Can't say enough about their professionalism and friendliness would definetly use them again!

Dave was booked up but luckily I had a question for him on my job and found he had a cancelation.the next day Dave and two arrived right on time went right to work and did not stop till done.great job ! they were quiet 'friendly and cleaned up after finishing better than anyone I have ever used.Dave did exactly what I asked at a great price.

Dave returned my call the same day I left a message with his wife. We set up a time for an evaluation of not only the back porch but afew other things that concerned me. A gentleman, very easy to talk to, and listened to my worries over the back porch's safety for my mother. He came on a Sat. and by Tues.I received the estimate. We moved into this house in 1972 and I have no idea the age of the porch. The work took less than 2 days and we can not tell you how so very pleased we are. Dave's attention to detail and his knowledge of his profession is to be admired. We look forward to working with him again hopefully next year. It looks SO AWESOME!!!!! THANKS DAVE!!!!!

The work done was beyond my expectations, my new stairs with granite slabs are beautiful. Dave and his crew were total professionals, the work was done in 2 days and the clean up job was just as perfect as my new steps. I am so pleased with their work that I am using them again for another project. I highly recommend them for any brick work, you will not regret it.

Was late (several days) in responding to initial telephone call. For this reason another contractor was called and arrangements were made to do the work. When Foote was told that work had been done by another contractor he became rude and abusive on the telephone.

I had called several different local masonry services for quotes in November because our front stairs were in disrepair (loose bricks, etc.) and I was hoping to get them fixed before we had snow. David was prompt in responding to my call. He came to the house to see what needed to be done. At that time he told me he was very busy, but would get the job done before Christmas as long as I was OK with him calling a day or two before to let me know he would be coming. We have a short set of steps by the road and then another up to the house, so David provided a quote that had the flexibility if we wanted to just do what was really bad now and wait on the "not so bad" or do everything together and also quoted with or without the granite. After receiving the written quote, which came in just a day or so, we called to make the appointment. We decided to get everything done and be done with it. We went with brick risers and granite steps. David did not set up a time with me, but called a few weeks later. (Just around the time that I thought for sure he was not going to be able to fit us in!) He showed up around 7AM with another crew member. The two of them worked like crazy to tear out the old steps. They did not quit until dark. The next day they were back at it at 7AM again, but this time with the brick, mortar and stone to build the steps. They finished by mid-afternoon. They had to use some asphalt to marry the granite step near the road to the sidewalk. I came out as they were finishing up and David was showing me the asphalt and how they smoothed it so the cut edge of the granite would not cause anyone to trip. I made a comment about how the sidewalk on my small cul de sac had some big cracks and that a neighbor had complained to the town about them. The town came and fixed only the cracks on his side of the circle. After David and his helper left I came out to look at my new beautiful steps and I noticed they had filled the cracks in the sidewalk in front of my house with the extra asphalt. I LOVE my front steps! What a great experience with David and I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone who needed this type of work done.

Dave was always on time, worked very hard all day and did great work. He left my back impeccably clean and the work was exceptional. He finished within 5 days and did not accept payment until the end when I was completely satisfied. At some point I need a patio done and I will definitely call Dave to do that as well.
