+ -1 morePoor workmanship. Rude owner. After two plus years of of begging then to come back and fix their mistakes - we finally gave up last summer. I know pool guys are hard to find but stay away from this company.

Description of Work: Did not respond to pool closing request through Angie's List.. I think if you're listed on Angie's List, you have an obligation to respond in timely manner. You could respond by saying that the dates requested were not available, anything- just communicate.

+ -1 morePaul was easy to work with. My home is on the water and a problem arose with getting the proper permit from Conservation (nothing to do with Aquaknot). All work had to stop until it was resolved. Paul was very patient. Once I had the go ahead, his staff came right away and finished the job. All work was completed.
Description of Work: Replaced damaged skimmers, replaced pool liner, replaced coping, replaced old pipes, winterized.

+ 0 moreDon't think I've ever dealt with a better company. It's a family run business; the daughter did the layout of the yard, handled all contact with subcontractors and was at the home frequently. Kevin, who owns the business, was also on-site every day, working and supervising. They started right on time, but because of the amount of ledge and boulders that had to be removed it took a little longer to dig. Everything has gone smoothly so far; the actual pool hasn't been finished, but we're really happy with the outcome so far.
Description of Work: This work was all done at my daughter's home in Norwell, MA and the project has not been completed yet. Complete backyard re-do; layout of complete yard, suggest appropriate subcontractors, dig 20 x 44 inground pool, including digging out rock ledges, and construction of pool and hot tub.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RESPONSIVE WITH OUR POOL NEEDS OVER THE YEARS AND MOST OF THE TIME AS PROMPT AS THEY CAN BE BECAUSE SUMMER IS THEIR BUSY SEASON. WE DON'T NEED THEM THAT OFTEN BECAUSE OUR POOL IS EASY TO TAKE CARE OF, BUT THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE CALL WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THIS WAS A SERVICE CALL PERFORMED ON 5/25/04 FOR AN IN GROUND GUNITE POOL THAT THEY INSTALLED IN 1992 FOR US. IT WAS 65.00 DOLLARS FOR THE SERVICE CALL AND 6.95 FOR THE PART AND .35 CENTS FOR TAX. IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT A HALF HOUR TO REPLACE IT.
