The window replacement and insulation were excellent. Adding a deck was qute good, although they left undone a quite small part of the latticework and still have done nothing after being told about it.

Do not give these people your business! They screwed up the design on my 4 season sunroom. 3 week project is going on 14 weeks with no end in sight. 2 windows and slider came defective from factory, and deck extension posts not square, deck boards not flush with frame board, facia board does not line up with existing. They can give you every excuse in the book, do not buy it. I have 5 pages of documented issues with this company. Contact me and I will share with you. If 'zero' stars was an option, that is what I would post .

The customer service was above and beyond, from the Sales & Scheduling (Darren and Robin) to the install team (Bob, Mike, Brandon). They returned all of my calls and emails promptly, and it was a fill cirlce care. We are DIY family, but chose to outsource this project due to their proprietary product, ease of ordering and service, and lifetime product guaruntee! It was not the most inexpensive option, but we felt the most confident in their work and product, and at the end the great customer care is what put this experience over the top. And the end result was exactly what we had expected and hoped for.

They did not match original style

Craig was very helpful and polite. He was very patient as I was not sure we could afford a glass upgrade at the time. Hope to be able to work with him in the future.

Everyone involved, Bob the estimator, Bob the measurement expert, POC (Anna), installers James and Daryll, all did their job well - and the final product reflects the quality of the manufacturing process. We were kept in-the-loop on everything, especially scheduling. Wish we had done this years ago!

Citing "customer privacy" this company doesn't provide references. They installed a beige porch on our white house claiming that that's what we ordered. Nonsense. We now have an unfinished project in a color we don't want and have paid $8,000. They offered to fix the problem for an additional $4,000: payment in full in advance. We walked away and so should anyone else considering doing business with this company.

My awning was over 10 years old and still worked perfectly but the fabric had fade and was torn. Patio enclosures did the original install and when I contacted them, they still had all my information and measurement on file! They had over 100 colors and patterns to select from and the materials arrived ahead of schedule. My installers (Dave and Al) were friendly, knowledgeable and very methodical in the way they carefully removed the old materials, clean the tracks and replaced and tested the new install. They even suggested using the touch up paint while they had the cover off instead of being in a hurry to rush to the next job. I was very pleased with the whole process from ordering to final installation. I highly recommend them for any outdoor enclosure! 5 Stars!!

This company is a fraud. They ruined my home. The roof leaks, the roof is not sufficiently insulated, the windows and sliding doors leak and that's just a few of the problems. They were reprimanded by the State AG office. Call the Attorney General and get their history before you even talk to them. They lie about everything. They have over 30 plus complaints with the BBB. Do not give these guys any money.

This project moved along quickly and on schedule. The main office kept me informed of each process. Various crews came to install different parts; each were professional, courteous and always picked up their mess. Somehow all the parts came together perfectly. I am delighted with the experience and of course with the sunroom.

Bob Goddard was my salesman and project designer. He explained the process and the quality of the materials being used. The inside contacts Anne Marie and Amber were excellent. They went above and beyond to insure a great experience. The builders were professional and the project moved along quickly. The result was a beautiful room to enjoy the outdoors .

I have not had the complete installation as of yet. I am pleased with the sales and customer support to this point. I believe installation will be end of July/early Aug

I compared them to others and they were cheaper. Attention to detail by the supervisor was really good, cleaned up everything after they left and everything was buttoned up.

The did a nice job, you have to be real thorough about your communications and what you want. They do real good work.

They converted a screen porch into a 3 season porch and they did a nice job. No pressure, on time and there was good communication. The money was a good value for the quality.

I thought the sales rep should have been more clear on the final detail. We talked over an hour of the requirements of the job, yet we never met with him for some details which should have been more clear for us. When we went to management to speak they never clarified the situation. The installation, however was very good - it's the sales department that could have been better.

The work is substandard and they have been terrible to deal with. They have ignored the contract and blame the customer for their total lack of quality control. Deck that was built is not square, not level, not straight and they said they couldn't build a straight deck. Looks like a 7th grade shop class built it. The workers said they are installers and not carpenters so the carpentry work is horrendous. Part of the problem is that the framework for the sun room is not exactly parallel to the existing wall of the house so they tried to curve deck boards. Sun room has issues and they couldn't build what they put in the contract. No one seems to read the contract and they have substituted less cost items for what was clearly specified in the contract since "that is what we always do. No set of plans they have ever showed me match up to the actual work that was done. They left a mess of metal and plastic from the saws on the lawn and damaged the paint on the newly painted bulkhead because they didn't put down any drop cloths to protect things. They said the work was done and wanted a final payment but the work will not pass the town inspection. They showed up occasionally and have dragged this project out. I hired them due to Home Advisor but they should not be on this site as a recommended provider. There are just too many issues to list here.

Quick to respond. The workers were such gentlemen, clean cut and they cleaned up after themselves.
