CAME BY ON A SATURDAY TO SEE WHY THE ELECTRIC BASEBOARD HEAT WAS NOT WORKING WELL... FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND THEN CAME BY ON SUNDAY TO FIX IT. VERY PROMPT.

He was very punctual, courteous, cleaned up after job was done and did an excellent job.

Very satisfied with the work performed.

I contacted Mike on Monday, 04 Feb 13 and asked if he could upgrade my smoke/CO alarm system by Monday, 25 Feb 13. We met the next day, Tue 05 Feb 13 to review the requirements that I had been provided by the fire department. Mike provided me with an estimate on Wednesday, 06 Feb 13 that very competitive. Mike performed the work on Monday and Tuesday, 18 and 19 Feb 13. On Wednesday, 20 Feb 13, I was advised of an additional requirement by the fire department. Mike personally worked that requirement with the fire department on Thursday, 21 Feb 13. He made the appropriate modifications and obtained the certificate of compliance on Friday, 22 Feb 13, ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and Mike did an excellent job of cleanup. As can be seen from the above time lines Mike responsiveness could not have been better. Mike was on time meeting to review the requirements and the days work was performed. His professionalism throughout the process was outstanding.

Our contractor had Mike come in for an estimate.The work was done on time and within our budget.Very professional, show up when he said, everyday.Everyday the area was left clean and tidy.Mike comes in, does the job, and is gone.He has come back and replaced a light that had burned out, no charge.He also made some suggestions for our lighting that made the whole project come out better than we had expected.

Micheal and his son after several hours of diagnostics, developed a solution that has work flawlessly. The fix was installed on the second visit and the lists have performed perfectly since.
