I cannot say enough positive things about Manny and his team. He helped us step by step figure out the best way to tackle taking out a wall and putting a beam in to achieve the open concept look I’ve always wanted. His team was always on time, friendly, worked around our hectic schedule (kids, pets etc) reasonably priced, and wowed us with the end results. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. They fit us in before the holidays and finished on time. Manny took a big project and completed it with ease. I look forward to having him and his team complete more work in our home. If you are looking for a contractor that checks all of the boxes-I highly recommend Manny. Wish we found him sooner! We are so grateful!

I would highly recommend Manuel Labor for any home repair work. I lost shingles over my garage during a recent storm. They called me back same day and came out within a few days to make a temporary repair and then replaced the whole roof a couple of weeks later (this was during a period where they were extremely busy with other homes damaged in that storm). It took less than a day to complete the work. Gregg at Manuel labor has been very responsive and accommodating - always explaining the plan. I felt like I was their only customer... Great work.

After many problems getting someone to even call back in a timely fashion, the prices were outrageous for the work. Until Manuel Labor Inc was recommended to us by a friend. Manny came out the day I contacted him and came back with very reasonable pricing within a few hours. We hired them immediately and they began working the very next day. Not only were the crew prompt, professional and friendly. They did a phenomenal job and we have already made plans to hire them to come back in a few weeks for additional work we need done.

I was not pleased with the quality of work; there were too many problems that occurred during the project and problems found after they completed the bathroom. Specifically: -During demolition they cracked through the wall on other side of bathroom in 4 places. Two of the 4 were recently discovered (behind refrigerator and inside a closet). The 2 they were aware of were not adequately repaired. -Tiling was messy. Large wall tiles were not flat to wall and some needed to be removed and replaced. Caulking was discolored within months (not sure why). Several edging tiles noted to be broken after they had finished job. During tiling the wet cutting was done inside and water leaked into laundry room below, needed to replace ceiling tiles. Contractor countered the tiling did not go well because the tiles were bowed. I admit the tiles were bowed; however, I would have expected the person doing the work would notice that while tiling. -Dirt, dust not well contained during project. Water from grouting dumped outside on my driveway --- still discolored from discard. After project completed and when I was replacing the damaged ceiling tiles, there was a lot of debris that had fallen on top of ceiling tiles below. It was a mess. -Toilet had clogged during project and plumber found grout had been dumped into toilet. Contractor denied throwing grout or water from grouting into toilet; however, I saw the grout, as did the plumber. - -Painter showed up with no equipment; I supplied him with rollers, etc. He didn't prep wall appropriately and paint peeled off in huge sheets. They did remove the paint and re-paint; however, some areas the old paint hadn't been removed and I had to repaint in spots. -Medication cabinet not properly installed. It was flush to the frame so the brackets for the shelves would not go in. I had to have the cabinet removed, frame cut down and cabinet re-installed. This also required additional painting, which had peeled off when cabinet removed. I never notified contractor about this. -Repeatedly asked to have tub covered while work being done. Would cover for a bit, then not. Noted tools and debris in my new tub while they were working. After they were gone did note a scratch in tub.

Manny was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He did a great job and knows how to manage his guys. they all worked so well together.

Manny Gomes and his crew were amazing to work with on basement family and laundry room remodel. First Manny and I talked and he gave me the estimate.... quickly. Manny was willingly to work around my family's schedule to set the date for the project. A few days before the start date Manny called to confirm and told me they would be here at 8:00 and they were. The project went very well. The crew was here from start to finishing the last detail. I can't say enough good things. The work went smoothly, they were professional and the quality of the work was great. Manny was in touch with me through out the project and consistently wanted to know if I was happy with the work and if I had any questions about the next step. My family room project went very well and I would highly recommend Manuel Labor. I will be having Manny and his crew come back for a bathroom addition next.
