He was very friendly, called me within 15 minutes of placing my repair on Service Magic. I postdating Sunday that my oven wasn't working. We spoke on Sunday and he came by Monday to check out the problem. Found it was the igniter, the part was in stock and he came back on Tuesday and fixed my oven. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I would high recommend him again.

He was extremely helpful with his advice and helped me select the right microwave which he installed the same day. It couldn't have been easier and priced properly.

BK called as soon as he found out I needed a service call. He responded quickly professionally and personably.

Bernard was very helpful on the phone, extremely reasonably priced, and called to let us know that he would be a few minutes late. He worked diligently and carefully to the completion of the job (replacing a broken dishwasher with a new one). He kept the work area clean and even helped me carry the old dishwasher out to the garage. His final price was exactly the quote he gave us over the phone. I would absolutely use him again for any appliance repair.
