Took apart my dryer and never called back. Our dryer is still apart and he said he ordered the part. Callled a week later and was told they delivered the wrong part and that the new one was coming. Called back a week later but they didn’t answer. Worst service ever! Looking forward to reporting this business to the BBB.

Fit me in on the same day I called. Explained the problem with the washer clearly...and recommended against fixing it. Very polite and professional.

Arrived on time and completed work in an efficient manner. Had a problem with not getting the right part on time otherwise would have given them 5 stars

I was told that he would arrive in 2 hours and he did. Within 45 minutes of his arrival the issue with my gas dryer was diagnosed, the part located and installed. I will note that I did a search for the price of the part used and feel I was overcharged for it but overall, I am happy with the service.

I called BK appliances and they never showed up on the first appointment, and were late for the second and third appointment. I spoke to someone who came and took my washing machine apart at the bottom and said he was going to order the part but never came back. He said I had to give him $50 but I gave him 60 and I received no change and he never came back I do not recommend BK appliances for anything.

Great service and value! Fixed my dishwasher in no time at all and gave recommendations on how to avoid future problems.

Washer was not repairable, but he was very honest & let me know, which I greatly appreciated. I was only charged a minimal amount for the service call.

Replaced the refrigerant in our 30 year old freezer. Definitely knows what he is doing. Was honest with what needed to be done, laid out all of the options for us, and I felt his recommendations were sincere.

Very positive. Bernard was terrific...on time and fixed my whirlpool front loader in no time.

Bernard was very professional. He explained the problem and the fix. He checked his truck for the correct part but before he installed it, he told me the price and the labor cost before he started the install. I wish all repair person would do that.

Bernard was wonderful to work with! He was at our house within 24 hours of us reaching out. He not only repaired our dishwasher, but made some adjustments to the machine to avoid any potential future problems. A very kind and professional man. THANK YOU, BERNARD!
