Bernard of BK Appliances was very reasonable with his price and when he ran into trouble and it took more of his time and parts, he still was willing to hold to the price he had given me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

He could not repair the machine as it is too old and the parts for it are no longer available.

Nice guy, on time, did good job

I think Bernard was very professional. He called me right away and was able to come out to my home very quickly. I thought his service was very good and he explained what he needed to fix very throughly so that it was easy to understand. We will definitely use Bernard again and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends. He does a great job!

Bernard called within an hour of my request. He was prompt, courteous, meticulous, reasonably priced and did an excellent job of installing my new dishwasher. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Bernard came to look at refrigerator found it to be the compressor needed replacing . Bernard ask how old the unit was I told him three years old . He told me that it is still under warranty and should call sears he was very honest to tell me this . Also while he was at my house he checked out both air conditioner units and added freon to one of them .I also had him come back to put two air ducts in the basement (finished area) for heat and cooling. Bernard did the job and cleaned up and explained what he did.

Project done professionally. Technician has to return few hours later to do some adjustment but did not create any inconvenience. I look forward to work with B.K. in the future if needed.

Bernard was extremely responsive and professional. He did the job when he said he would and without problems. I would definitely refer him to my family and friends (and have!)

Bernard is a quiet, unassuming guy who just does great work. Extremely honest.....Had to come back when a wrong replacement part was sent, but did not charge us for that. Highly recommended.
