Fantastic! I placed a call regarding my refrigerator, and within 2 hours, a technician was at my house fixing the problem.

Bernard, from BK Appliance Repair called immediately when I placed my service request. He arrived on time, determined the problem and replaced the ignition assembly in our oven. He was very professional, had the part necessary to make the repair, and completed the repair at a reasonable price. Good value...Takes pride in his work. I have his business card and will call him directly for any future appliance repairs.

My washing machine died with a full load of clothes and water. I've used ServiceMagic before, so I went online and within a few minutes Bernard from BK Appliances called and came over to look at the washer. It needed a part, which he brought the next day and fixed the washer, but the great part was that he was able - somehow - to get the washer to rinse and spin the clothes so I could dry them and not be stuck with a mess. Bernard was most courteous and professional, along with being able to do the job.

I was absolutely SHOCKED how quickly BK appliances responded. I simply looked online for repairmen when my dishwasher was malfunctioning. I found BK appliances and decided to leave them an e-mail. Within minutes my phone rang, and heard "Hello. This is BK appliances. We received a request saying you needed an appliance repaired?" Even better they came that same evening to inspect what was wrong with my dishwasher. It was just a minor part that needed to be replaced, and with some quick simple repairs the next day it was done. I've never had such quick service in my life. Definitely give them a try if you need repairs.

BK Appliance was on time and did a good job. I would not hesitate to hire him again and/or recommend him to friends and family.

Bernard was wonderful.....But the prices on the parts were BAD!!! I saw on the web one ice maker,the same number the same part...$74.95 you charge us $130.00 then we had to pay for the wires #30.00. What is up with that? I don't know were you come up with prices...Then it cost us $200.00 for labor on top of that. I know Bernard fixed an iginitor on our gas stove too,that part cost $27.00.......BUT BERNARD WAS A GOOD MAN.......

He responded my request very quickly. I got a call from him right after my clicking submit button. He came my home to check the situation even in the evening. Though he should take an unexpected hour to get additional parts for completing the fixation in his repair, I was totally satisfied with him. He was friendly and courteous to us.
