I went on the internet to find someone to service my refrigerator on a Sunday morning, as the food in the freezer was starting to defrost. Within 1 hour of my internet search I was contacted by Bernard who said he could be at my home by Noon that day, and he was!!! I was just blown away by the service I received from BK.....He temporarily fixed the refrigerator and was back the next day with the parts....I am so happy I have finally found someone reliable to service all my major appliances! I would recommend BK to friends, family and colleagues. Thanks Bernard for the great service...You rock!

I am satisfied with the work he has done for me. He was able to identify and later fixed the problem with my refrigerator by installing a new compressor. I had to find and order the compressor myself as the supplier that BK was using claimed that they wont' support the model anymore. After a little disappointment, my first search on Google hit the spot and I got the compressor in two days for what BK said was an excellent price. BK came again on the next day and finished installing the compressor.

Said he would be there at 3, called and said was running late. Did a great job and I didn't feel I was ovecharged. Would certainly call him again.
