BK Appliances did a great job. He was very prompt in calling once I entered my request to Servicemagic.com and he came right away. He was professional and very helpful and I thought the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Bernard was friendly and quick to return phone calls. He came late afternoon and called shortly after he left to let me know the part was available. He returned the next day and installed the part. The charge was reasonable and my front loading washing machine (Another place that I had called previously didn't want to even work on that type of machine.) is working great again! I will be giving his name and number to a couple of my friends that are having problems with similar washing machines.

My washing machine has a cracked drum, through no fault of Mr. Kariuki, it cannot be repaired. He offered me suggestions as to how to temporarily patch the drum. He was very honest with me even gave me the number to Sears and told me which part to price. He made several calls to beat their price. He even called around to find if the part is under warranty. He went above and beyond. He was timely, even called to say he was on his way. I would definitely recommend him and have recommended him.
