Called immediately after I submitted the form. Arrived on time for appointment the following day. Very pleasant, reasonable rates, followed through with dropping off an additional part for another appliance. Will use for all my appliance repairs in the future.

He was very prompt, courteous and professional. My refrigerator was repaired by 3:30 and we did not lose any food. And I was given an appointment not a "window" for them to come. Sears appliance repair was sending someone on Monday and would be here between 8-5!! That was the best they could offer. Thank you for your service.

Bernard was prompt in calling me to schedule a same day appointment. Per my request he called 30 minutes in advance to confirm a time which was within the original time frame. Bernard did a thorough assessment and figured out the problem. He ordered the part needed and came back the next day, which happened to be Friday, at 5:00 p.m. to install the part. His rates were reasonable and he was professional. I would hire him again.
