Should be no stars. Repairman was going to come between noon and three. Called at 3 and said he was not coming insinuating at all.

I called BK and I sent Bernard my information via text. He came the next day prepared with my part. Replaced my pump in my 20 plus year-old washer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the job done!! Glad to have a local person for appliance repairs.

I HAVE A VERY OLD DRYER FROM 1975. I HAVE BEEN TOLD FROM OTHER "SO-CALLED" GREAT REPAIR COMPANIES THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX IT BECAUSE IT IS TOO OLD AND THOSE PARTS ARE NOT MADE ANYMORE. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND BERNARD AT BK APPLIANCES !! HE IS THE ONLY REPAIR MAN I NEED! HE FIXED MY VERY OLD DRYER AND KEEPS IT IN TOP RUNNING SHAPE !! NO NEED TO GET ALL STRESSED OUT WHEN YOUR APPLIANCES STOP WORKING, BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK IN NO TIME, WHEN BERNARD GETS THERE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM !

He literally called within minutes of my requesting a repair. Was here within hours of the call and serviced my unit in under an hour. Was kind and knowledgeable. I am having him do my service in the future.

Great experience overall

My AC wasn't blowing cold air. Bernard & his assistant came within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and had my AC back to normal by the middle of the afternoon. It's been working great since then. Both men were very polite, patient and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic job installing my new furnace. They knew we had family visiting during a humid stretch of weather and stayed late night to get our central air back online. Cannot recommend these folks enough.

The AC maintenance was comprehensive, as it was never done ferore.

They were very time efficient and cost efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in the same day. I was impressed as numerous others could not diagnose or fix the problem in my washing machine. The guy was so nice and made sure he was effectively communicating with us about everything from repair to cost to timing. He also ran a cycle on the machine after and stayed until it was fixed properly to ensure that it was good to go. Would recommend!

Kept to his word, followed up with phone calls and worked until it was finished, also while others wanted me to replace the whole a/c system he knew of a way to not have to do that to save money and system works great.
