Bernard was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He resolved a longstanding problem with our dryer venting set-up. I was impressed with how tidy he kept the work area and the results of his re-venting resolution. At the end of the day, everything looked great. It was a pleasure meeting Bernard.

He called me immediately after I went on line Sunday. He was here at 8 Monday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem with the freezer compartment of my refrigerator. He ordered the parts and in 2 hours Tuesday afternoon my refrigerator was fixed. I am extremely happy with the service performed and how quick the repair was done.

Bernard was excellent, timely, very reasonably priced and I will use him again for any appliance repair. He repaired a washing machine for me and returned to service my AC unit and went up in the attic in 100+ degrees to seal leaks in the system. He comes prepared to complete the job, he is thorough and very personable. A true pro, his business card is anchored on my refrigerator and I look forward to continuing to use his services.

Bernard called right away. We did call others but Bernard could come at our earliset convience. BK did a full diagnosis of our problem and ordered the needed parts. He than completed the job quickly and efficiently, we found BK to be clean, neat and courteous. We would certainly call BK with any and all of our appliance situations! Thank You.

He then told us he would try to get the parts and call us regarding parts. That he did. I would highly recommend this gentleman.
