Bernard was great. He literally called me two minutes after submitting my request and was available to come over the next day. I ended up scheduling him later in the week. He was prompt, efficient and clean when it came to installing my microwave oven. He had to remove some tile from the backsplash and some siding from the cabinets to get the new microwave in, but he did very neatly and with damage. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend BK Appliances. Honest and quality work done in a very timely and reasonably priced manner. Came to my house to fix a refrigerator and dish washer work completed at about 1/3 the price I expected. Will definitely use again.

My Matag washer thats not that old decided to quit on the Friday nite and filled with clothes and water so saturday morning after a sleepless night I decided to call Sears only to be informed the earliest they could come was the following tuesday . I very nicely told them no thankyou and decided to look on line further and connected with this site. I no sooner finished typing in all the info on my plight when the phone rang and it was BK Appliances. I was very impressed that he would come that morning and so he did dove right in to repair my machine. He was very knowledgeable and didn't make you feel you were an inconvienence.

Simple task (took 5 minutes) but charged $90 for the visit.

Bernard went above and beyond in fixing our refrigerator. He stayed late on a Friday evening and was back the next day with the needed part. He was courteous, professional and prompt. He also fixed our dryer about a month ago. Now both appliances are working perfectly. I would definately hire him again.

Great Communication, between calling me to set up the appt. & letting me know when he was running late. He was polite & respectful of my home. He diagnosed the problem on my washer quickly & recom. replacing instead of fixing. Service charge was very fair and reasonable. Because of the age of our washer & price tag, we chose to have a 2nd opinion & paid $130 to be told the same thing after 2nd man tried to replace parts & washer cont. to fail. Bernard & 2nd repair man both recom. Whirlpool, I chose another Maytag. This time with extended warranty. I trust Bernard but Whirlpool had too many bad reviews & I love my Maytags.

Very fast service

Since I work during the week, I asked my elderly mother to be at my house for when Bernard (BK Appliances) came to fix the dryer.She said he arrived promptly and was very courteous.It took him 20 minutes to diagnose the reason my dryer wouldn't start up, 40 minutes to go get the part (thermostat kit) and 20 minutes to install it.He charged (in addition to the part cost) $120.22 for labor-for 80 minutes of his time! When I got home from work and called him, he said some of that cost was because Service Magic charged HIM money and besides, Sears would've charged me $145! I would not call BK Appliances ever again.

This service man was outstanding. We set up a 7:30AM appointment and my new friend was at my house at 7:29AM to fix a dryer. Kudos to him, he'll have a very successful career. In addition he also cleaned the guts of the dryer.......A+............
