came out promptly as promised. Diagnosed the issue with our fridge and was honest enough to encourage us to buy a new one rather than have him fix our current one. Even fixed our stove calibration while at the house. All for a very reasonable rate.

REPAIRMAN ARRIVED ON TIME, GAVE ESTIMATE AND RETURNED WITH THE PART THAT (2 DAYS LATER) WAS NEEDED AND FINISHED THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM IN A HEARTBEAT, PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

Repaired my Maytag clothes dryer. Came promptly, actually even arrived a little ahead of schedule. Did good job, nice personality, fair price. Had him a couple weeks later repair my dishwasher. Again, did good job and arrived shortly after call. Gave me an even better price because it was a second call in two weeks. Couldn't be happier.

Bernie called me within 5 MINUTES of logging on to servicemagic.com, he made an appointment for the SAME DAY and arrived HALF AN HOUR EARLY! WoWz!!11!! Bernie installed my new dishwasher in NO TIME, and his charge was VERY reasonable. How can you not love this guy???
