Totally professional and would recommend BK Appliance to all my friends and neighbors.

Had to lend tools (shop-vav, blow-dryer) to him to complete the job, was late two out of three times he came by. Third trip should not have been necessary, he neglected to examine second set of cooling coils in the fridge. Still, good value for the repair.

Great job on fixing my oddball fridge.

He came and was very efficient, diagnosed the problem right away and a few weeks later, the problem hasn't happened again. I was very pleased with the work.

I called ar ound 11 am today, Saturday, and Bernard called me right back and said he be at my house at 1:30 pm, he was here at 1. He took my dryer all aprt, cleaned it, found the problem and had it fixed in no time. VERY courtious, polite and VERY fair priced. Went above and beyond I felt and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone. Even cleaned up after himself. SUPER job! Thank you Bernard!! And I thought I had to buy a new dryer...he just saved me abiout $400.00...Highly recommend him!

professional manner and solved the problem. Microwave repaired and returned on the day it was scheduled. One inch chunk chopped out of the lower right side of door. doesnt affect the workings but it shouldnt have happened and he should have told me about it.
