The work was done on the same day I called for service. He arrived during the hours he said he would and also called when he was on his way.

Bernard called us and then came to our house with all needed parts and repaired our dryer all in the same day. The repair cost was very reasonable and probably saved us about $1,000 in replacement cost. I highly recommend BK Appliance and am so glad to have such a great appliance repair service to rely on for future work.

Saturday service, great rates and knowledge of the twenty one year old washer. Repaired quickly, saving me from buying a new machine. I really reviewed new machines and read all the reviews, not interested in them. Rates are better than any competition. I am very happy and a minty day warranty. Excellent HIVAC/Refrigeration professional. Came quickly and on time, successfully diagnosed the problem, scheduled an early return visit with the proper equipment needed, corrected the tricky problem efficiently and with little mess and charged a reasonable rate.

He is so competent!!! He fixed my refrigerator as my freezer had a bad switch control. Also, I really liked his affability and his explanations. I'd recommend him with no hesitation.

I spent over $500 to get my dryer fixed and it's still not working properly.
