I sent my information into Serve Magic last Friday night @ 8:30 pm for the repair of my refrigerator and Bernard called at 8:31pm. Bernard was GREAT. He was at my home on Saturday morning at 9am, at my request, and he was there right at 9am, as promised. Bernard diagnosed my problem within minutes and stated he needed to order a new motor. He called me back an hour later with the price for the part and he stated he would be at my house on Wednesday at 2pm, again at my requested time, and he was there on time. nad installed the part in no time at all. Bernard provides AWESOME service. He was Great.

Bernard called me right away after my email. Was late getting here. I called a few times then he finally showed up, He began sawing pipes, and took hours to do the same thing to our old repairman did to the oven which was change the filiment. He charged me 3 times as much and when I turned the over on last night, everything blew again. He said he would be here at 1 today. 3 calls later he got here at 3:30 and said the filiment he installed was very strong and we should just stop using the outlet the stove is connected to. Can you believe it. You call this a professional? He didn't fix anything! His answer was not to use an outlet!!! CRAZY!
